EAST ROOF GARDEN BOXES LOVE FIFTEEN ROOF GARDEN CLUB LOUNGE REAL TENNIS PREMIUM SECTION THE FEVER-TREE CHAMPIONSHIPS VENUE MAP AND FAQS WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOCUMENTATION? We are excited to announce that we will be issuing e-tickets for each hospitality guest at the Fever-Tree Championships 2019. Detailed instructions of how to download the e-tickets will be emailed to the booker. DO E-TICKETS NEED TO BE PRINTED? No, e-tickets can be scanned directly from a mobile phone. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO ACCESS THE FEVER-TREE CHAMPIONSHIPS? Your e-ticket will gain you access to the grounds and hospitality area. When you arrive at the hospitality reception you will be issued with a wristband, which will mean you can move freely in the hospitality area. DO YOU SEND COURT TICKETS OUT IN THE POST? No, we issue all court tickets out on the day. As you will appreciate, these are valuable items that cannot be replaced, so we keep them safe for you until you need them. They are issued during lunch. CAN YOU ENSURE THAT MY TICKET SEATS WILL BE TOGETHER? We endeavour to seat all guests together. CAN I ORDER A SPECIAL DIETARY MEAL FOR MY GUEST(S)? The booker can add a guest’s dietary requirements via My Account. Any allergies, severe intolerances or kosher requests need to be made no later than one week before the event. We always do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, but requests made less than 5 days before the event cannot be guaranteed. 04
THE FEVER-TREE CHAMPIONSHIPS FAQS HOW DO I TRAVEL TO THE QUEEN’S CLUB? Barons Court Station (Piccadilly and District Lines) is a four minute walk from: The Queen’s Club, W14 9EQ. West Brompton Overground station is approximately a 15 minute walk from Queens Club. West Kensington Station (District Line) is a 2 minute walk from The Queen’s Club. Please note Clubhouse guests for The President’s Room, Real Tennis & Dedans must enter via Palliser Road entrance only and South Pavilion guests for Club Lounge, Roof Garden and Love Fifteen must enter via Perham Road entrance only. Please refer to page 6 for a map of the site. IS THERE CAR PARKING? Due to widespread parking restrictions, visitors are strongly advised to use public transport to travel to the Fever-Tree Championships. Check your route in advance to ensure you leave enough time to travel on the day. WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? In the President’s Room we recommend that gentlemen wear suits with ties, or blazers with ties, and ladies, day dress or trouser suit. For all other areas we suggest smart/casual; no ripped jeans or trainers. As the Fever-Tree Championships is an outdoor event you are advised to dress appropriately for the elements. WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO MEET GUESTS? The best place to meet your guests is at your table in the hospitality suite. Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to your table when you arrive. AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE QUEEN’S CLUB AND ALLOW A COLLEAGUE TO REPLACE ME IN THE AFTERNOON? Unfortunately not, tickets are non-transferable. CAN I BRING BAGS? No bags larger than 40cm x 30cm x 30cm will be permitted into the grounds. Each person is permitted to bring a maximum of one bag per person and one small item per person (no larger than 20cm x 15cm x 15cm). ACCESSIBILITY The majority of our facilities are accessible, with the exception of the Real Tennis Museum and Real Tennis Dedans (which do not offer step-free access). • Love Fifteen is located on the ground floor of the hospitality village and is fully accessible. • Roof Garden is located on the first floor of the hospitality village and is fully accessible via a lift. • Club Lounge is located on the first floor of the hospitality village and is fully accessible via a lift. • The President’s Room is located on the second floor of the Clubhouse and is accessible via a service lift, which is in use throughout the event. For a more comfortable experience, guests with limited mobility are recommended to book hospitality in Love Fifteen, Roof Garden or Club Lounge. We also offer accessible courtside seats, available on request and subject to availability. Please request more information at time of booking. 05
