Happy Women’s Day
On March 8th, we celebrate women! International Women’s Day is about celebrating women’s cultural,
social, political, and economic achievements. It’s also a call for gender equality.
We acknowledge and celebrate this day to recognize and honor the countless women throughout
history and the women within our very own lives who have sacrificed, overcome adversity, beat the
odds, and forged their paths to opportunities and success. On Women’s Day, we shine a light on
women around the world who have chosen to use their voices, step outside of patriarchal constructs,
and fight for their rights and the rights of other women.
This year’s theme is about choosing to challenge gender bias and inequality. Those who would
like to support and take part in the #ChoosetoChallenge Campaign can take a photo of your best
“choose to challenge” pose and share it across your social media platforms using the hashtags:

Hello Spring Equinox 2021
One of the best things about March is that it gives us Spring. The first day of spring will be March 20th, and
with the changing of the season, transition and transformation are in the air. This season will be an excellent
time for some spring cleaning.
Typically, when we think of spring cleaning, we think of cleaning out our closets, but why stop there? Spring
cleaning gives an excuse to take out all the trash and let go of anything that is no longer serving us. Take this
time to assess every aspect of your life to see what you may need to give more attention to and what you
may need to release completely.
Many of us have been at home way more than usual, and we have more than likely been accumulating more
stuff mentally, emotionally, and physically. Use this spring to clear out the old to make space for the new
seeds you want to see grow. Here are a few things you can do for a deep spring cleaning ritual:
• Clean out your closets, purses, backpacks, and yes, even those kitchen cabinets and drawers.
• Donate old clothes to charity.
• Throw out everything that’s just been taking up space (tip: if you haven’t used it in over a year, you
probably don’t need it)
• Buy a plant (they help with air quality and feng shui)
• Clean your living space thoroughly.
• Make a list of all the bad habits you are giving up and letting go, then rip the paper to shreds.
• Review the last 60 days and set intentions for how you would like the next 60 days to go.
• Start planning out some covid-friendly summer activities.
• Start working on your “summer body.”
Spring symbolizes change, growth, transition, rebirth, joy, and new life. It’s a new beginning for many things.
