Registration for camp offered by the Woodbridge Township Recreation Department is available via the Community Pass online registration system! We encourage all families that will be registering for camp to create their Community Pass Family accounts before registration officially opens. Once a Family Account has been created, you will have the abil- ity to register and pay online for Recreation and Summer Camp Pro- Dear Parents, grams. FEE: Camp fee is $125.00 per week (with the exception of week 2 which is a 4 day camp that will be $100.00). We now offer a $15.00 sibling discount off the original camp price. The fee includes The cost of T-Shirts, field trips, Arts and Crafts, Week 1-Wed, June 24– Turtle Back Zoo Water, Cookies, Swimming and secondary insurance. Week 2-Wed, July 1— Keansburg Water & Amusement Park If transportation is needed, it is $50.00 per camper per week for bus transportation. Campers are required to bring lunch daily which Week 3-Wed, July 8— Movie (Minions The Rise of Gru) & Bowling WBC must withstand the weather, they will not be placed in a refrigerator. Week 4-Tues, July 14— Jenkinson’s Aquarium & Boardwalk Camp fee is due at registration. Week 6-Wed, July 29— Medieval Times Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee.. Camp is open to Woodbridge Township Residents only. Proof of a residency at time of registration is required. TRANSPORTATION: For those campers who choose bus transportation, a bus will be provided at a pick-up point in close proximity to their home and returned to the same area each day. Campers must register for bus service at least one week prior to camp week. Parents will be notified by the bus company concerning pick up time and place prior to the start of camp. INSURANCE: Woodbridge Township is a “Secondary Carrier” and all Woodbridge Township Recreation & Resident Service campers are covered as such. Weather Hotline In the event of inclement weather (rain, excessive heat, etc.) The Weather Hotline will be updated by 8:00 a.m. stating whether camp will be held in Merrill Park or Colonia Middle School 100 Delaware Ave. Colonia NJ 07067 Please call 732-602-6045. If camp is to be held at Colonia Middle, bus students will be bused directly to the school while all other campers are to be driven directly there. Buses will transport all campers back to Merrill Park at 11:30 a.m. If students do not wish to attend the pool in the morning they may be dropped off at Merrill Park at 12:00 noon to attend the rest of camp. Typical Camp Day Camp runs from 9:00 am to 3:30pm. Earliest drop off is 8:45 am. On scheduled trip days campers must be prompt as we leave by 9:15am. Pick up is anytime between 3:00 and 3:30pm, 3:30pm being the latest pickup time. Throughout the day, campers are involved in various activities throughout Merrill Park including kickball, basketball, tennis, baseball, spud, arts and crafts, capture the flag, playground use, etc. . Wednesdays are trip days, Thursdays are theme days and Maglione's treats, and Fridays are pool and pizza
