PLAN AHEAD TRAVEL TIPS Super Bowl LIV has infinite possibilities. For one whole week there will be events that draw millions of people to the already bustling city of Miami. During this time please expect delays and allow for extra time when traveling due to special event road closures and detours.
DOWNTOWN ROAD CLOSURES AND DETOURS Expect road closures on Biscayne Boulevard near Bayfront Park and the Adrienne Arsht Center/I-395. Travel on Biscayne near Bayfront Park will be impacted starting the evening of Wednesday January 29th through Super Bowl Sunday. Travel on Biscayne Boulevard near the Adrienne Arsht Center will be impacted starting the evening of Friday January 31st through Super Bowl Sunday. Southbound traffic on Biscayne will be rerouted to NE 2nd Avenue. Northbound traffic by Bayfront Park will be rerouted to the Biscayne southbound lanes. Northbound traffic by the Arsht Center will be rerouted to NE 1st Avenue. Access to I-395 will remain.
TAKE THE METRO/ BE A MIAMIAN The Metro Rail and metro mover is the most efficient way to travel through Miami. There is parking available at select stations. The schedule has been adjusted to accommodate all the fans heading to and from the Super Bowl LIVE festivities. Major destinations include America Airlines Arena, Bayside Marketplace, and Bayfront Park. The stops closest to Super Bowl LIVE are the following: Bayfront Park, First Street & College/Bayside.
BRIGHTLINE BRIGHTLINE TRAIN Coming from Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach? Book a trip on the Brightline to directly access Downtown Miami. https://www.gobrightline.com/ Once arriving at the Brightline station, hop on the Metromover to get around downtown.
DOWNTOWN RIDESHARE Rideshare access in Downtown will be impacted by the road closures and events at Bayfront Park. DOWNTOWN RIDESHARE MAP When leaving events Downtown, walk west to access rideshare. Patrons heading to I-395, I-95 and Miami Beach are encouraged to walk to NE 1st Avenue to call a rideshare. Patrons headed to the Brickell area are encouraged to walk to NE 2nd Avenue to call a rideshare.
SCOOTERS Scooter access will be diverted to Meridian Avenue and Collins Avenue between Saturday January 25th and Sunday February 2nd. Scooters are not allowed on Biscayne Blvd Way or SE 3rd Street east of Brickell Avenue. Additionally, scooters are not allowed on the east side of Biscayne Blvd south of NE 8th Street. Scooter riders accessing Super Bowl LIVE will be encouraged to use scooter parking corrals on Biscayne Blvd at NE 5th Street, Flagler Street, and Chopin Plaza. SCOOTERS PARKING CORRALS

If you choose to drive, please note that in Florida, text messaging, emailing and other forms of typing on a mobile device are considered a primary traffic violation and is thus illegal to hold your phone while driving. Traffic on Convention Center Drive and Washington Avenue will be diverted to Meridian Avenue between Wednesday January 29th and Sunday February 2nd. TRANSIT FOR SUPER BOWL EXPERIENCE The City of Miami Beach is served by a free trolley. The Collins Express, Middle Beach Loop, and South Beach Loop all provide access to the Miami Beach Convention Center. https://www.miamibeachfl.gov/city-hall/transportation/trolley/ MIAMI-DADE TRANSIT Miami-Dade Transit routes A, J, L, M, S, 79, 120 and 150 provide access to Miami Beach.
