LA Referencia • Mission: To give visibility to the publicly funded scientific production in Latin America, through the cooperation and articulation of a federated network of institutional repositories, based on regional agreements and national open access strategies.

All results are part of Open Science. • Asymmetry and differences of economic resources requires priorities and collaboration at international level. • Update of our vision and strategies, maintaining the collective memory in the road towards Open Science.
