• Roundup dates: July 27 – 29, 2022 • County night out: July 26, 2022 • Youth must have completed the 7th grade by July 1st to attend Roundup Important • Cost per person: $150 youth or Information: adult • County night out: $27.50 per person • Each county receives 2 free chaperones **There will be NO refunds for cancellations unless there are extreme circumstances

Workshops • Workshop descriptions are available on the website • Workshops are filled on a first come – first serve basis • When youth register choose workshops/contests/tours wisely and stress attendance.

Dress Code • Wednesday: Snappy Casual • Thursday day: Snappy Casual • Thursday evening: Professional Dress Honors Assembly participants should come dressed in their Honors Assembly attire to practice.
Dress Code Hats and caps should not be worn during any 4-H Event when inside buildings. This applies to both females and males. Pajamas, sleepwear, or slippers are not appropriate dress for any 4-H Event outside of sleeping rooms. Shoes are required.
Dress Code Clothing shall be neat, clean, acceptable in repair and appearance, and shall be worn within the bounds of decency and good taste as appropriate for 4-H events. Articles of clothing that display profanity, products or slogans that promote tobacco, alcohol, drugs, sex or in any other way suggestive or distracting, are prohibited. Excessively tight clothing is prohibited. Items of clothing that expose bare midriffs, undergarments, or that are transparent are prohibited.

Delegate Responsibilities Code of Conduct – youth and adults held responsible for their decisions and actions. Poor Personal Choices – will be grounds for being sent home and/or paying for any damage which occurred as a result of a “personal” choice Respect – youth and adult Roundup delegates, OSU students and campus employees Manners – practice proper etiquette as this reflects on you and your 4-H program Time – be on time for all events and activities
Roundup Name Badge and Program • Roundup delegates should wear name badge clearly always displayed around your neck during Roundup • In the name badge holder, participants will find a copy of the Roundup schedule • Encourage participants to keep room key in zippered pouch of nametag holder • Lost key fee is $125 per key and will be charged to the county
Damages Delegates will be responsible for any damage to campus or personal property (includes elevators, rooms, common areas, landscaping, etc.) Do not overcrowd elevators as this will result in elevators shutting down for the remainder of Roundup Do not run or crowd escalators
Residential Safety • Keep room locked • Do not bring valuable to Roundup. Keep valuables and money out of sight and safe • Use good judgment about giving out phone number • No one from opposite gender in any residential room or on floor • Curfew - Do not leave your room after room check - except to go to the bathroom • Walk in groups on campus • Do NOT leave campus property
