Located right on Park Beach, the Hoey Moey is the spearhead of
live music in the area and a Coffs Harbour institution. The Hoey
offers something for everyone with a variety of different spaces
that can cater for all occasions.
DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit* is required 14 days prior to your function. You
may use the deposit towards function food or beverages, with the
balance paid before the function commences. *Please see Booking Form
CAPACITY
Our main function space at the Hoey Moey is the LARGE TROPICAL
BEER GARDEN. This space is the perfect setting for a more casual
occasion with retractable roof for all weather conditions and the
perfect social setting for drinking and dining. It also provides the
perfect setting for live acoustic music.
• Max capacity: 130 seated
NOTE: Sorry, we do not offer private hire on Sundays.
Within the beer garden we have the ‘VIP AREA’ - a raised area for
exclusive, intimate occasions ideal for canapes and cocktails.

KIDS PARTIES
The Hoey Moey is not just a playground for adults. We cater
to the littlies as well with our designated Kids Area which
includes kid-friendly video games. We can extend this area to
accommodate enough seating for your guests, along with a
ping pong table on request.
In addition to the Kids Platters outlined on the previous page,
you also have the choice of these extras:
• SOFT DRINK - $10 per jug
• JUICE - $12 per jug
• LOLLY SELLECTION - $20 large bowl
• FACE PAINTING* - $85 (1st hour), then $5 per child thereafter
PLEASE NOTE: no other food or drink to be brought onto the
premises. However, we are happy for you to bring your own
birthday cake to the party.
*Subject to availability. Minimum notice of 72 hours required to organise a
face painter for your party.

BEVERAGES
The Hoey Moey offers an assortment of local and craft beers on
tap, bottled beer and RTD selection. In addition, we also offer an
incredible cocktail and wine list.
We are able to facilitate both a pay as you go option or bar tab,
which can either be pre-paid prior to your function or set up on the
day. Coloured wrist bands will be given to your guests for bar tab
management. NOTE: a credit card is required prior to commencing a bar tab.
Full payment is required at the conclusion of the event.

By signing this document, I hereby permit the Hoey Moey to withdraw the nominated amount from my credit card. I understand that my credit card details will be held on file
until the completion of my event. I agree for the Hoey Moey to settle any outstanding catering/hire payment prior to my function using the above credit card details. I also
agree for the Hoey Moey to settle any outstanding bar tabs at the completion of my function. I understand that I must make the venue aware if a different credit card/means
of payment is to be used. Importantly, PAYMENT: A 50% deposit of total function spend must be made at time of booking. Credit card details and ID must be given as security
for all beverage tabs. CANCELLATION: If cancellation occurs within 14 working days of the event date, the hire fee is forfeited. If cancellations occurs within 5 working days
prior to the event date, the client will be charged 100% of the food costs and hire fee. INSURANCE/DAMAGES: I also agree to pay for any damages or vandalism that occurs
during my function due to negligence or misconduct of my guests. While the Venue takes reasonable care, the Venue is not responsible for damage to or loss of items before,
