2021 SPONSORSHIP GUIDE
Located approximately half-way between Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne Indiana, right off Interstate 69, Gas City I-69 Speedway is one of Midwest short track racing’s little gems. Voted the 2018 “Track of the Year” by the Hoosier Auto Race Fans (HARF), the quarter-mile, semi-banked clay oval is known for its exciting wheel-to-wheel on-track action and the features some of the best intermission entertainment found at any motorsports facility in the country. With 21 events slated for 2021, Gas City I-69 Speedway features one the most diversified motorsports schedules in the country. Weekly short track racing is the grass-roots foundation for all forms of motorsports. Most drivers competing in NASCAR, Indy Car and NHRA all started at weekly race track facilities such as Gas City. In fact, four-time NASCAR Champion Jeff Gordon and NASCAR fan-favorite Kenny Wallace among the drivers who have competed at Gas City during their careers. As attendance and TV ratings for NASCAR racing have been on the decline for the past several years, the increase in interest and attendance in short track racing is on the rise. Thousands of hard-core racing enthusiasts attend weekly and strongly support the brands of companies actively involved in trackside sponsorships. Major events this season at Gas City include USAC Indiana Midget Week, USAC Indiana Sprint Week, the fourth annual James Dean Classic, plus the All Star Circuit of Champions, Night of Destruction and Fall Festival of Speed! Friday, May 14 – WHO’S THE BOSS? – Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series (BOSS) non-wing sprint cars ($2,000
to win, $300 to start), modifieds, street stocks, hornets.
Saturday, May 22 – ALL STAR SHOOTOUT – Ollie’s Bargin Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions winged

Anticipated to be the largest event in Gas City I-69 Speedway history, Gas City will
host the opener for this prestigious 10-days of racing excitement on Friday, July
23. Your company can be the entitlement sponsor for the race, which attracts fans
from across the country and a few foreign countries and features the greatest non-
wing sprint car drivers in the world.

Pit Area Entitlement
Advertise where the crews prepare the race cars for the event. It is equivalent to
the “Locker Room or “Green Room“ for participants and fans. Market your
product/services to car owners, drivers, sponsors (great business-to-business
opportunities) and fans.

• Pit entrance signage (size to be agreed upon)
• Signage on pit sign-in building
• Signage on pit command center

Price: $2,000Motorcycle Parking Area Entitlement
Many race fans use motorcycles as their transportation to the events at Gas City
I-69 Speedway. The motorcycle parking area is considered a VIP area, it’s close
to the main entrance to the grandstands and pit area.
Package includes:
• Signage (4’ x 8’) highlighting the area for the whole season
• Logo on kickstand blocks (company provides decals or paint stencil)
• Six (6) season grandstand/pit passes

Kid’s Coin Scramble Entitlement
The “Kid’s Coin Scramble” will be a featured intermission entertainment event at
least once a month. Coins will be placed on a branded tarp on the front
straightaway and the kid’s will scramble to pocket as much change as possible!
Your company can be the exclusive entitlement for this popular, fan-favorite.
Package includes:
• Large decal on the tarp
• Public address announcements
• Company representative to serve as starter for the scramble

Sure to be the most entertaining and crowd-pleasing intermission events
of the season! The Human Bubbleball Challenges will take place on the
front straightaway during event intermission. It’s roller and demo derby
combined as fans will be eager to participate. Eight (8) participants enter the
inside of a giant, four-foot diameter clear ball and play.
