If you are recently engaged, our warmest congratulations and best wishes to you! Exciting times lie ahead, but don’t
worry if you’re thinking. ‘where do I start when planning a wedding?’. We do it every day and we would love to help
you plan your own dream occasion.

Your heart might be set on a simple wedding, or you might have something grander in mind. Don’t be daunted by
seemingly endless details, deadlines and dramas. Whatever the scale, theme and preferences you have in mind, we
can help make planning your wedding manageable – and turn those dreams into a magical reality.

Appetite Events team brings together decades of combined experience, the very best local and seasonal ingredients,
an ethical approach and exquisite service to create memories for a lifetime.

Our professional events team take the time to listen and fully understand what you want on your Wedding Day and
will then work with you to realise your vision. We understand that attention to detail is key when it comes to
delivering your Wedding day. That is why we work with the best local food and drink suppliers, the best venues and
the best event services companies.

Our food is locally sourced as far as possible and we support the principals of local, seasonal and sustainable in all
our menu products. We work with the best suppliers in Scotland and support smaller producers and growers to make
sure we are delivering the best possible to our clients.

Over the years we have built up a wonderfully loyal portfolio of clients from a diverse set of industries and sectors,
many of whom we are privileged to call friends. We are extremely proud to be official catering Partner to The
Edinburgh International Festival a relationship that has developed over the 15 years. We also sponsor the Edinburgh
International Science Festival and regularly support the Edinburgh International Book Festival and Film Festival.

We work with a number of partners to help us achieve our goal of reducing our impact on the environment such as
ChangeWorks Recycling and Vegware and are committed to continually improving in these areas which is why we are
ISO14001 accredited. We are committed to continual improvement and are also ISO 9001 and ISO18001 certified so
you can be sure you are working with a company you can trust.

Our mission is simple, to listen to our clients, deliver sensational food, exceptional service and to surpass
expectations while supporting local businesses, reducing our impact on the environment and provide benefits to our
local community and partners.
