Greetings Welcome to 2021! A new year and another spring season are upon us. During social upheaval, the next generation has found the garden. They have discovered the nirvana that comes with growing your own vegetables and creating a space full of life and color. Other amazing opportunities were realized for us as business owners and employees as well. Curbside pickup, online ordering, and ready-made combos became part of the spring shopping experience for both customers and retailers alike. Technology finally found a foothold in our businesses and was key to our successes in 2020. Skagit Gardens is looking forward to launching an improved website later this year. Combining our plant search feature with the ability to place your order live on the website. It will also have an improved user experience where you can review past orders and pay invoices. We have been hard at work outside the office as well. Four new greenhouses have been constructed, we have updated our load dock with faster conveyors and invested in an AutoStix machine for transplant. All of these additions are to improve consistency of quality and speed of delivery when it matters most in spring. We are excited for the season ahead and looking forward to bringing you the high-quality diverse selection you have come to expect from us. Thank you for being our partner in business and helping us bring color to the world around us! Scott Crownover President & CEO, Skagit Horticulture Skagit Gardens is a proud member of the Skagit Horticulture Family of Brands. Skagit Gardens provides Retail Ready product to independent garden centers, small-chain retailers, landscapers, & municipalities throughout North America.
