Overview Welcome to our new Summer Reading and Math Program! It our hope that this new format inspires and motivates your child to continue their learning in fun and engaging ways that fosters their love of reading and keeps their math skills sharp.. Below outlines the options for this year’s Summer Programming. Options for Reading: (1) Participate in two book clubs (2) Participate in 1- book club and complete 1-choice board project (3) Complete 2- choice board projects Math Learning Tasks: (1) Complete designated time requirement for engagement in iXL based on grade level (2) Log time on your Activity Log and submit the log to your homeroom teacher in September Incentives Students that complete their Summer Reading and Math Tasks, as outlined above, will be entered into a prize raffles. There will be a raffle for each grade level, in addition to a grand prize winner for Grades K-4 and another for Grades 5th - 8th. Winners will be awarded for each content area (Reading and Math).
