Results The posting results of the JAE application are tentatively scheduled for release on Thursday, 1 February 2018 through the following modes: • JAE-IS which is accessible through the JAE website at http://www.moe.gov.sg/admissions/jae; • SMS to the mobile phone number provided by applicant during registration.
Appeals/Transfer After JAE Posting Results Interested in JCs/MI • Students should approach JCs/MI directly. Interested in the polytechnics • Students should submit their appeals via the Polytechnic Centralised Appeals portal found on https://jaeappeal.polytechnic.edu.sg/home/index.aspx, starting from Thu, 1 Feb 18 to Mon, 5 Feb 18. Interested in ITE • Students should submit their appeals via www.ite.edu.sg, starting from Thu, 1 Feb 18 (from 9am) to Wed, 7 Feb 18.
REPEAT SEC 4 EXPRESS / SEC 5 NORMAL COURSE in 2018 • Take the Application Form (Annex A) from the General Office and refer to the retention criteria. • Eligible students should complete the application form and submit it to the school between the 1st to 5th working day from the date of release of the GCE O Level Exam results OR • Between the 1st to 5th working day from the date of release of the JAE posting results.
PFP Application Application for the PFP will open from 2.00 pm on Friday, 12 January 2018 to 4.00 pm on Wednesday, 17 January 2018. Eligible students will receive a letter and a copy of Form P from the school. Students should use the • passwords (in form P) to submit their applications online at • https://pfp.polytechnic.edu.sg
PFP Posting Results • The PFP posting results will be released at 2.00 pm on Monday, 22 January 2018 through the PFP website. • Students will be required to indicate whether they wish to accept, reject or appeal for a change of course by 4.00 pm on Tuesday, 23 January 2018. • More details on the PFP can be found at https://pfp.polytechnic.edu.sg
The Direct-Entry-Scheme to Polytechnic Programme (DPP) • The final application phase for DPP will open at 2.30 pm on Friday, 12 January 2018 and close at the end of Tuesday, 16 January 2018. • Newly eligible students should submit their DPP applications online via the DPP application portal at http://www.ite.edu.sg/wps/portal/intake/
DPP Results • The DPP posting results for applications made under the final application phase will be released from 9.00 am on Thursday, 18 January 2018 onwards through the DPP application portal. • Students will be required to indicate whether they wish to accept or reject the DPP offer by end of Sunday, 21 January 2018. • More details on the DPP are available at http://www.ite.edu.sg/wps/portal/definitely-des/
Successful PFP and/or DPP applicants • Students who have been offered a place in the DPP under the final application phase should report to ITE on Monday, 22 January 2018, upon acceptance of their DPP course offer. • The last day of school for Secondary 5 students who have accepted a place in the PFP will be on Friday, 26 January 2018. Students will be informed by the respective Polytechnics on the dates of enrolment for the PFP. • Students who accepted a place in the earlier December application phase of the DPP but have now decided to take up a PFP offer will need to apply to ITE to withdraw from the DPP course in order to take up the PFP offer.
