The latest tenancy statistics for Frankton show 81 bonds have been lodged over the past 6 months for properties with 2 bedrooms with a lower to upper quartile of $390.00 to $465.00. The properties are just 3 minutes drive from the Hamilton CBD and zoned for several local primary schools. The lack of comparable properties in this area is indicative of the lack of housing stock in Hamilton and given the quality of the homes and the location, I expect them yield close to the upper quartile rent figures.
