YOUR STAY WITH US                            – BRIEF OVERVIEW

•	
  A RRIVAL
	On arrival, you must either be vaccinated, recovered or tested, so one of the
  following documents must be presented on arrival:
  - Vaccination certificate with 2-fold proof of vaccination (at least 14 days old) or
  - C ertificate from your doctor that you have survived an infection (not older
     than 6 months) or
  - N egative Corona test result from a rapid test station, which is not older than
     24 hours (no self-test on site) or
  - N egative Corona test not older than 48 hours.
	Important for both test options: In case of a stay of several days, up to two
  additional negative tests per week are required.
	Please present the corresponding proof (vaccination certificate, replacement
  certificate from the vaccination centre or medical certificate) at check-in.

	Without exception, all guests in the hotel – regardless of whether they
  have a full vaccination, are considered recovered or are exempt –
  are required to wear a mask throughout the building.

• STROM Restaurant
	In our restaurant STROM we currently serve breakfast and dinner to our
   house guests, the exact opening hours can be found here and in the chapter
   RESTAURANT STROM & BAR. We use the free luca app. Please install it on your
   smartphone in advance and have it ready.

•	
  S auna & Fitness
  T he sauna and rest area as well as the fitness area may be used. Please note the
   restrictions under FITNESS & WELLNESS.

• PANORAMA DECK
	The public viewing platform is open again, please regard the current notices.
  Tickets are available directly from the ticket machine.

IN-HOUSE
•	Covid-19 update: ATLANTIC Hotels complies with the applicable federal and/or
    state regulations regarding entry and quarantine regulations and also follows
    the hygiene recommendations of the RKI.

	In the case of entry from a foreign risk, high-incidence or virus variant area,
  please observe the respective valid federal ordinance regarding the entry and
  quarantine regulations and follow the hygiene recommendations of the RKI.

	Current information for travellers entering from a risk area can be found here.
  As a general rule, persons entering from a high-incidence area or virus variant
  area, as well as air travellers, must present a negative corona test no more
  than 48 hours old (24 hours in the case of entry from a virus variant area) on
  entry and at check-in.

•	Self-disclosure at check-in: All guests staying overnight must provide their
   personal details so that we can contact them in case of possible infections.

• There is currently no luggage service.

•	In response to event enquiries, we will check in each case whether you are
   eligible under the exemption regulations of the Hanseatic City of Bremen
   (according to § 6 para 3, gatherings are permitted for exercising one’s
   profession) and, if applicable, submit an offer.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
•	For your protection, for the protection of our employees as well as the protection
   of our other guests, we will provide a safe and contact-minimized check-in
   and check-out procedure in accordance with our hygiene and safety criteria.
   The reception area is equipped with protective partitions.

•	Disinfectants are available at reception.

•	The room key card and the ballpoint pen for signing the registration form will
   be disinfected before they are handed over to you.

•	We recommend contactless payment by credit card at reception or direct payment
   when you make your reservation on our website.

•	
  O ur tip: Make use of the “evening-before” check-out to avoid queues in the
  morning.

General
•	
  W ithout exception, all guests in the hotel – regardless of whether they have
  a full vaccination, are considered recovered or are exempt – are required
  to wear a mask throughout the building. You can buy a face mask at our
  reception if you have forgotten your own protection.

•	Our team is still available to you around the clock, seven days a week, but only
   a limited number of employees are on site to minimize the contact risk.

•	Disinfectant dispensers are available at all relevant entrances.

•	Our air conditioning and ventilation systems guarantee a constant exchange
   of air.

•	In our hotel, you will find appropriate instructions on the rules of hygiene and
   conduct as well as labels and signs at all relevant places.

•	Please maintain a minimum distance of 1.50 metres.

•	All public areas and contact surfaces – such as lifts, handrails, door handles,
   seating furniture, luggage trolleys etc. – are disinfected regularly.

•	It goes without saying that our team will comprehensively document all of the
   disinfection and cleaning measures mentioned above.

•	We kindly ask you to use our lifts with at most two people and to wear mouth-nose
   protection while doing so. Alternatively, you are welcome to use our staircases;
   please ask our staff for details.

•	If you are showing symptoms of a respiratory infection or fever, please do not
   enter the hotel under any circumstances.

•	If symptoms occur during your stay or during the incubation period after your
   visit, please notify us immediately.

STROM RESTAURANT & Bar
•	
  M asks are mandatory for the entire stay in our restaurant.

•	We use the luca app for shorter waiting times and to allow for possible contact
   tracing.

	Please install this free app before your stay and have your smartphone ready
  when visiting the restaurant.

	Go directly to the store of your respective provider or use the online version:
  iOS luca app / Android luca app / web version.

•	The restaurant is only half-occupied to ensure the safety distance of 1.5 m to
   the nearest guest. According to current regulations, 10 people from 10 different
   households are allowed to sit together. Excluded are fully vaccinated and
   recovered persons and children under 14 years of age.

•	In our restaurant, we currently serve breakfast an dinner.
	Breakfast: Daily from 06:30 to 11:30 am. Dinner: Mon–Sat from 6:00 to 11:00 pm
    (kitchen closes at 9:30 pm). The restaurant will be closed on Sunday evenings
    until further notice. A reservation in the evening is required!

•	Lunch and bar service has been cancelled until further notice. You can buy drinks
   and snacks in our Regio Shop opposite the reception.

•	We store and process food and beverages in accordance with the official
   recommendations on food safety. In order to guarantee the highest level of
   hygiene, disposable packaging and pre-packaged portions are therefore currently
   required to an increasing extent.

•	We would like to point out expressly that these measures are based on the
   regulation for protection against new infections with the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2
   issued by the State of Bremen and that there is therefore no right to claim for
   price reduction or compensation.

ROOMS & CLEANING
•	All our guest rooms have windows that can be opened on tilt to ventilate the
   room.

•	Our housekeeping team uses disposable gloves and has been intensively trained
   in the thorough cleaning and disinfection of your room.

•	We kindly ask you not to stay in your room at the time of cleaning, so that there
   is no contact with our housekeeping staff.

•	The room cleaning is subject to a strict cleaning protocol with intensive dis­
   infection of surfaces subject to frequent contact, such as light switches, door
   handles and fittings.

•	All information about your stay can be found, as before, in our digital guest
   information system on your TV. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the
   information provided there is up to date and correct.

•	Due to the special hygiene requirements, we will need more time to clean the
   guest rooms.

FITNESS & WELLNESS
•	Our sauna and fitness area may be used under certain conditions:

    -   At most 6 persons are allowed in the entire wellness and resting area.
    -   In the sauna, a maximum of 2 persons are permitted at the same time.
    -   The fitness room may be used by 1 person only.
    -   Please keep a safety distance of 1.5 m to other people at all times.

•	At the hotel, you will still find two pleasant jogging routes. Please ask for our
   jogging map at reception.
