Project team: • Alexander Schmuck-Walz • Björn Stimpfig Optimization and marketing of logistics additional services Bechtle AG • Bechtle was first established in 1983 by former Heilbronn University students Klaus von Jan, Ralf Klenk and Gerhard Schick • A German B2B and B2G IT company, Bechtle AG sells IT hardware and software, as well as related services to business and public-sector clients. • The Bechtle Group is headquartered in Neckarsulm, Baden-Württemberg, and organised into multiple parent and holding companies. In 2015, Bechtle has counted a total of approximately 7,200 employees • Bechtle operates its service business from 66 sites in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and has e-commerce subsidiaries in a total of 14 European countries Summary LAS Additional services are services which other companies can book with Bechtle for their normal order. These points are recorded in a service catalog and divided into 7 points. The main component of these additional services is the "Bechtle Box" which can be used in many ways. Some are: • rent • shipping • repackaging Customers can also receive an inventory, a bill of materials and a parts list. In addition these include: • renting storage space • consolidating orders • serial number barcodes on the delivery note. Technisches Logistik Management – VM Projekt WS 17/18 Unternehmen: Börsig GmbH Beschreibung: Mittel- und langfristige Planung der Kapazitätsbedarfe und wie diese im aktuellen Komplex sowie auch später im Neubau realisiert werden können; Optimierungspotenziale des jetzigen und zukünftigen Materialflusses analysieren und in Form von Layouts darstellen Maßnahmen: Gemba-Prinzip; ABC-Analyse; Datensammlung von Kennzahlen zur Erfüllung der Projektaufgaben; Berechnung der Kapazitäts- und Flächenbedarfe; Gegenüberstellung von IST-Zustand und SOLL-Zustand in einem Matrixdiagramm; Analyse des heutigen Materialflusses und Ausarbeitung möglicher Potenziale für den zukünftigen Materialfluss Ziele: kurzfristig: Reduzierung der Greifzeiten und Lagerbestände; Neuanordnung der Artikel; Verschrottung von Ladenhütern; Schaffung freier Stellplätze langfristig: Erhöhung der Lagerkapazitäten; Vergrößerung des Bereiches Wareneingang; Einführung von Paternosterregalen und einem neuen Kommissioniersystem Team: Peter Künzlen und Chunyang Li
