Leadership Programmes Leadership Laboratory Series High Performance Leadership Programme Leading Change Aimed at Headteachers and system leaders Aimed at senior and middle leaders This will be the third cohort of our flagship leadership programme. We continue to work with Aimed at senior and middle leaders who want to get better at leading change which results in Alistair Smith and our high-performance partners to design and deliver innovative significant impact.
