Automobile Thefts: Date/Time Address (block range) Year, Make, Model Details Status From: 04/06/2021 26000 Telegraph Rd. AS- Attempt Stolen R/P advises he parked his vehicle at 12:30am, 12:30am (Hotel) Manufacturer and discovered it tampered with later that DODGE To: 04/06/2021 Model morning at 11:36am. The passenger side rear CHARGER 11:36am Color window was broken out and there were blood GRY - Gray Vehicle Year stains on the outside of the rear passenger door, 2018 Body Style the rear passenger seat, and on the ground. 4D - 4 Door On the front passenger side under the glove State MI compartment, the cover was tampered with, and License Year 2022 had wires hanging out (consistent with vehicles Description Gray 2018 Dodge that are stolen using a tablet device). Charger Scat Pack 392 A Southfield Police Evidence Technician processed the vehicle. No suspect information.
Status 04/06/2021 W Twelve Mile Rd. & RS – Recovered Stolen On April 6, 2021 at approx.10:29pm, Officer was 10:29pm Pebblecreek Pkwy Manufacturer Model Color DODGE CHALLENGER dispatched to Pebblecreek Pkwy and Twelve Mile BLK - Black Rd. for a Black Dodge Challenger crashed into a Vehicle Year 2020 tree. R/P advised dispatch that there was no one Body Style 2D - 2 Door in the vehicle. State Upon arrival, Officer located the Challenger Scat OH License Year Pack and there were several persons around the 2021 Description vehicle. As soon as Officer activated emergency DODGE CHALLENGER lights on patrol vehicle, the suspects took off SCAT PACK running southeast into nearby Apartment Complex where Officer lost sight of them. The vehicle returned stolen out of Miami County Sheriff's Office, DOT: 03/20/2021. Dispatch confirmed the vehicle was stolen. A LEIN message was also sent notifying them of the recovery. Suspect Descriptions: Two suspects were black males approx. 17-20 years of age. Both were approx. 5'8"-5'10" and slim build. both were wearing black hoodies with the hoods up. One had on gray sweat pants. There were also approx. four light skinned black females wearing dresses. All appeared to be between the ages of 17-20.

S - Stolen Victim advises sometime between 04/06/2021 at 5:53am (Condo’s) Manufacturer 8:00pm and the following morning at 5:45am DODGE Model someone stole his 2014 Gray Dodge Charger SXT CHARGER Color with 22” Wheels & Tires. GRY - Gray Vehicle Year Note: On 04/08/2021, Detective contacted the 2014 Body Style victim. The victim advised that he recovered his 4D - 4 Door vehicle with Detroit PD at Fenkell and Ardmore. State MI Victim received a call from Towing Company in License Year 2021 Detroit and was advised his vehicle was there. Description Gray Charger SXT 2014 DPD released the vehicle to R/P. The vehicle was missing All Four Wheels & Tires. No suspect information. Status From: 04/07/2021 20000 Lahser Rd. S - Stolen Victim states that sometime between 11:50pm (Apartments) Manufacturer 04/07/2021 11:50pm- 04/08/2021 1:30pm DODGE To: 04/08/2021 Model someone stole her 2015 Black Dodge Durango. DURANGO 1:30pm Color There were two expensive pairs of shoes in the BLK - Black License Year vehicle when it was taken. 2015 4D - 4 Door MI No suspect information. 2021 Description BLACK 2015 DODGE DURANGO
Status 04/08/2021 16000 NorthPark Dr. S - Stolen Victim parked her 2019 White Chevy Corvette on 2:54pm (Apartments) Manufacturer 04/07/2021 at 11:30pm in the parking lot CHEVROLET Model of her residence in the 16000 Block of North Park CORVETTE Color Dr. (Apartment’s) WHI - White Vehicle Year Body Style State Victim returned to her vehicle the following day License Year 2019 2D - 2 Door MI at 12:15pm and discovered that her vehicle had 2021 been taken. No broken glass was located around Description Chevy Corvette where the vehicle was parked. Convertible No suspect information. Status 04/07/2021 15000 Providence Dr. S - Stolen R/P came into the front desk to report he parked 8:00pm (Condo’s) Manufacturer his motorcycle his condo parking lot in the 15000 YAMAHA Model Block of Providence Dr. on 04/07/2021 at approx. WR250 Color 8:00pm. R/P returned to his motorcycle on BLU - Blue Vehicle Year 04/09/2021 at approx. 5:00pm and found it 2020 Body Style missing. R/P states he had a helmet on the MC - Motorcycle motorcycle that was taken as well. State MI No suspect information. License Year 2021 Description Blue and White 2020 Yamaha WR250
Status 04/09/2021 16000 North Park Dr. S - Stolen Victim states she let her father borrow the 6:00pm (Apartments) Manufacturer vehicle on 04/08/2021 and gave him a set of JEEP Model keys. She last saw the vehicle on 04/09/2021 at GRAND CHEROKEE Color 12:00pm. The vehicle was discovered missing the BLK - Black Vehicle Year same day at 6:00pm. 2018 Body Style Victim advised she has tracking on her vehicle SW - Station Wagon through Uconnect which is showing the vehicle State MI was at a residence in the City of Detroit. License Year 2019 On 04/10/2021, R/P and Detroit Police made the Description 2018 Jeep Grand address in Detroit and spoke to the resident who Cherokee Black allowed them to look around for the vehicle. The vehicle was not located. No suspect information. Status 04/10/2021 23000 Providence Dr. S - Stolen On 04/10/2021 R/P came into the front desk to 6:30pm (Commercial- Office) Manufacturer report her car was stolen. JEEP Model R/P states that her son called her and told her GRAND CHEROK Color that her Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT was stolen GRY - Gray Vehicle Year around 6:30pm on this date. 2017 Body Style Victims son came home and told his mother he SW - Station Wagon was attending a party with his girlfriend for a State MI store opening that she was having. License Year 2021 The vehicle was running and he was on the Description 2017 Jeep Grand outside of his vehicle when he was approached Cherokee SRT-8 by an unknown male subject. The unknown male ordered him to give him the vehicle. The male got into the vehicle and drove off. R/P states her son was visibly shaken up and left the house shortly after. R/P is uncertain where her son went and was having trouble getting ahold of him. R/P stated that her son was driven to her house initially by an unknown friend.
Officer called R/P’s son in R/P’s presence. R/P’s son answered and acknowledged. Officer identified himself and told him that his mother was at the station to report her vehicle as stolen. Officer inquired as to what exactly happened. R/P’s son did not respond and hung up. No further information. Incident is suspicious in nature. No suspect information. Status 04/10/2021 27000 Franklin Rd. RS – Recovered Stolen On 04/10/2021 while on patrol in the 27000 9:46pm (Apartments) Manufacturer Block of Franklin Rd., Officer observed a Black LINCOLN Model Lincoln MKS with damage to all four windows of MKS Color the vehicle. The vehicle was reported as stolen BLK - Black Vehicle Year out of Detroit on 04/03/2021. 2010 Body Style Note: Officer advises on 04/02/2021 there was 4D - 4 Door an MDOP report taken on this same vehicle. State MI The vehicle was in the same exact parking spot as License Year 2020 when the MDOP report had been taken and had Description 2010 Lincoln MKS the same damage. The R/P was the owner of the vehicle and reported that her ex-boyfriend had done the damage. She also stated she did not reside at this address rather her friend did and she was keeping the vehicle there to hide it from her ex-boyfriend. Incident is under investigation.
Status 04/11/2021 25000 Saint James S - Stolen Victim states he parked his vehicle last night 5:46pm (Condo’s) Manufacturer along the street near his residence around CHRYSLER Model 7:00pm. When he came outside the following 300 Color day around 5:00pm he noticed his vehicle RED - Red Vehicle Year was missing. No suspect information. 2007 Body Style Note: The vehicle has aftermarket Gray Viper 4D - 4 Door Style Wheels. State MI Description 2007 RED CHRYS 300 SRT-8 Notes Has Dark Gray Viper Style Wheels Tips: ❖ Never leave your vehicle running unattended ❖ Park in areas where your vehicle is viewable if possible ❖ Use commercially available security devices
Larceny: Date/Time Address (block range) Item Taken Details Status 04/05/2021 18000 W Nine Mile Rd. S - Stolen R/P advises sometime between 04/03/2021 at 8:48am (Commercial Business) Description 1:00pm- 04/05/2021 at 8:20am someone stole -All Four Wheels & Tires were taken from 2018 Cadillac All Four Wheels & Tires from company 2018 Escalade. Cadillac Escalade. -Passenger side window was broken out on 2020 Ford Transit The suspects also broke out a window on van and All Four Hubcaps were company Ford Transit Van and took All Four taken from the vehicle. Hubcaps from that vehicle. No suspect information. Status From: 04/05/2021 21000 Northwestern S - Stolen R/P stated she parked her 2015 Ford F150 in the 6:50am (Overflow parking for Description Hospital overflow lot at approx. 6:50am. Cash (2) Handgun Magazines, To: 04/05/2021 Hospital)) were taken from victims 2015 At approx. 12:00pm she was advised by Hospital 12:24pm Ford F150. Security that her vehicle was broken into. The rear passenger window was broken out. R/P observed that her safe was broken into that was located under the rear passenger seat. Status 04/06/2021 26000 Berg Rd. SR - Both Stolen and Recovered On 04/06/2021 at approx.2:36pm, Officers were 2:36pm (Apartments) Description dispatched to Apartments located in the 26000 License Plate: Recovered Date/Time Block of Berg Rd. for an LFA report. Officers were 04/06/2021 2:40pm advised by Southfield Detective that Detroit PD had recovered a license plate that registers to resident at that address. Officers located the registered owner and he didn’t realize that his license plate had been stolen. Officers took a Larceny Report and returned victims license plate and attached it to his vehicle. The license plate was recovered by DPD on 04/06/2021 at approx. 2:29pm. Status From: 04/07/2021 29000 Wellington Rd E. Victims 2018 Ford Mustang was Victim states when he came out to his vehicle on 6:30pm (Apartments) ransacked but nothing was taken. 04/08/2021 at 7:45am he discovered that To: 04/08/2021 someone had entered and ransacked his vehicle. 7:45am Nothing was taken. Victim advises his neighbor got some video of a subject walking in the complex at 4:11pm. The clip shows a U/M, thin build, wearing a white t-shirt and dark pants walking through the parking lot at approx. 4:11am. It appears several other vehicles were attacked. At the time of this report, this is the only incident that was reported.
Status 04/08/2021 27000 Northwestern S - Stolen R/P was staying at Hotel in the 27000 Block of 3:23pm (Hotel) Description Northwestern Hwy. with a female friend. At Handgun was taken. some point while being together they got into verbal argument and R/P left the hotel room. When he returned to the hotel room to gather his belongings he discovered that the female friend and his handgun were gone. The incident occurred on 04/06/2021 at 1:20pm. Victim provided some information about the identity of the female. Investigation is on-going. Status From: 04/06/2021 23000 Lahser Rd. A - Attacked Victim states she parked her 2018 Ford Explorer 5:30pm (Condo’s) Manufacturer at her Condo’s in the 23000 Block of Lahser Rd. FORD To: 04/07/2021 Model Sometime between 04/06/2021 5:30pm- EXPLORER 7:30am Color 04/07/2021 7:30am someone broke out the rear WHI - White Vehicle Year passenger window. Nothing was taken from the 2018 Body Style vehicle. SW - Station Wagon Note: Victim stated at approx. 7:11am she State MI observed a black Infinity QX90 parked next to License Year 2021 her vehicle. An unknown black male wearing a Description White 2018 Ford Explorer black hoodie and black gloves exited the driver seat and appeared to be scanning the area. After a moment, another unknown male entered the passenger seat and they left the scene. Possibly related.
Status From: 04/07/2021 25000 Basin St. S - Stolen R/P states she parked and locked her vehicle on 10:45pm (Apartments) Description 04/07/2021 at approx.10:45pm. She returned to Black & Red Backpack To: 04/08/2021 the vehicle on 04/08/2021 at 9:30am and 9:30am observed that the rear driver side window was broken out on her 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Victim entered her vehicle and observed that her backpack had been stolen. The backpack was black and red in color. Inside the backpack was her work ID card, her hi-lo license and her vehicle insurance. No suspect information. Status 04/07/2021 16000 W Nine Mile Rd S - Stolen Victim states on 04/07/2021 he had a "visitor" 8:00pm (Apartments) Description over and gave the person’s name. R/P stated Multiple Debit Cards & Victim's Driver’s License were when he woke up the following morning his taken. friend was gone and he had an email from his financial institution stating that one of his credit cards was attempted to be used and declined. R/P checked the rest of his accounts and observed several fraudulent transactions including funds transferred via Cash App., ATM withdrawals and other transactions. Suspect has been identified and incident is under investigation.
Status From: 04/08/2021 28000 Northwestern S - Stolen Victim states he has been staying at Hotel in the 6:00pm (Hotel) Description 28000 Block of Northwestern. Sometime Handgun was taken. To: 04/10/2021 between 04/08/2021 6:00pm- 04/10/ 2021 1:00pm 1:00pm someone entered his 2019 Chevy Tahoe (no signs of forced entry) and took his handgun. The handgun was in a lockbox but it wasn’t locked or secured. No suspect information. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Citizens should never leave their handguns in their vehicles. S - Stolen Victim states around 1:00pm he was getting his Description 1:48pm (Car Wash) Cartier Glasses were taken. car washed at Car Wash in the 28000 Block of Telegraph Rd. After the car was washed and dried R/P decided to pull off into the parking lot to dry the trunk of his car more. While drying his trunk, a young B/M walked up to him and grabbed his glasses off his face and started to run S/B on Telegraph. A White Impala picked up the B/M not far after he was running down Telegraph Rd. Victim got into his vehicle and followed them for a short distance then returned to the Car Wash to call the police and make a report. Surveillance Video from Car Wash shows the incident. The two suspects got their vehicle washed and the passenger could be seen walking over to victim and taking his glasses. The video also showed the license plate on the suspect vehicle. Investigation is on-going. Suspect Descriptions:
Suspect 1 (driver): B/M approximately 20-30 years old. unknown height, medium-heavy build, short dreads. Wearing light blue jacket with white t shirt and blue jeans. Suspect 2 (passenger): B/M approximately 20-30 years old. unknown height, slim build, medium afro. Wearing black hoodie with white lettering and blue jeans. DWLS= Driving with Suspended License Victim states she was with a couple of her girlfriends A&B= Assault & Battery at Bar in the 29000 Block of Northwestern. CSC= Criminal Sexual Conduct At some point while they were at the bar they all got CCW/CPL= Carrying Concealed Weapon into an argument and decided to leave. NOLOP= No Operator License on Person While driving S/B on Northwestern victim decided R/A= Robbery Armed that she wanted to get out of the car they were RNA= Robbery Not Armed driving in. She was dropped off somewhere on PWID= Possession with Intent to Deliver Northwestern prior to getting onto the freeway PPO= Personal Protection Order (M-10). After getting dropped off victim states she PBT= Preliminary Breath Test was walking for approx. 10 minutes when she R/P= Reporting Party noticed a male subject was following her. As the VCSA= Violation Controlled Substance Act subject got closer to her she began to run. The subject caught up to her and grabbed her by the arm. The subject was armed with a black handgun. The victim yelled at the suspect and told him to leave her alone and why are you grabbing me. Victim couldn’t remember what the suspect said? The suspect pulled her to the side of an unknown building and sexually assaulted her. Victim stated she couldn’t describe the suspect? After the assault, she went to an unknown hotel to call her girlfriend. The girlfriend was not one of the two friends she was with earlier in the evening. Victim was picked up and driven to her apartment in
another jurisdiction. Once at their apartment, an Possession of Controlled Substance- 1- Arrest ambulance was requested. At this point the victim 04/05/2021 7:13pm didn’t wish to continue the interview. The victim 17000 Block of W Twelve Mile Rd. admitted herself to Hospital for treatment. On 04/05/2021 at 7:13pm, Officers were dispatched to a possible PPO No further description of suspect. violation in the 17000 Block of W Twelve Mile Rd. Dispatch Investigation is on-going. advised Officers that the R/P stated that a male subject known to her kidnapped his daughter one month ago. R/P stated that the suspect was outside where she works at in the 17000 Block of W Twelve Mile. The R/P advised that suspect was in a Black Jeep Grand Cherokee. Officers were familiar with the suspect and located the suspect vehicle and suspect. Officers contacted the suspect and had him exit his vehicle. The suspect had a felony warrant in LEIN for kidnapping and a misdemeanor reckless driving warrant, both of which were out of Southfield and confirmed. Officers took the suspect into custody and conducted a search incident to the arrest. Officers recovered unknown pills in a plastic zip lock baggie in suspects front right pant pocket. A pill identified check through Drugs.com, revealed that these pills were consistent with that of Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine 20mg (Adderall). The suspect was also charged with being in Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Special Attention: Fleeing & Eluding Trespassing/ Disorderly Conduct/ R&O- 1- Arrest W Nine Mile Rd. & Greenfield Rd. 04/09/2021 2:43am On 04/09/21 at approx.2:43pm, Officers were on 27000 Block of Northwestern Hwy. routine patrol at 9 Mile and Foster Winter when they (Hotel) observed a Dark Blue Daytona Charger traveling e/b On 04/09/2021 Officers responded to Hotel in the 27000 Block of on 9 Mile at Greenfield. They ran the plate via LEIN Northwestern on a report of an unwanted subject. The hotel desk clerk and it returned stolen out of Toledo Ohio on called regarding an unruly subject hollering and screaming, and wished 04/08/2021. As soon as Officers got behind the for him to be evicted. vehicle, it began to flee s/b on Beverly St. into Oak Officers arrived on scene and were advised that the subject renting the Park. Officers turned on their emergency lights and room was in the stairwell. Officers contacted the male subject and he sirens and pursued the vehicle. An Oak Park scout refused to talk to them. The subject barricaded the door and attempted to stop Suspect Information: Officers from entering the room. The driver was a younger black male, approx. 18-25 Officers forced their way into the room and advised the subject again years old. The front seat passenger was also a black that he had to vacate the room. The subject refused to leave and male approx. 18-25 years old with shoulder length threatened Officers. After giving suspect multiple opportunities to dread locks. leave Officers arrested suspect for Trespassing and Disorderly. When Officers were transporting suspect to the Southfield Jail he resisted Officers and told them he had HIV. He turned and faced Officers like he was going to spit on them. He had to be forcefully turned away. The suspect continued to resist Officers until they got him into a jail cell. The suspect was charged with (1) Trespassing (2) R&O (3) Disorderly Person.
Special Attention: MDOP Personal Property/ MDOP to Business/ Larceny of Packages that were ordered and Disorderly Conduct- 1- Arrest delivered via Common Carrier. 04/06/2021 12:49am How to prevent this from happening to you! 26000 Block of Telegraph Rd. Recently several citizens have had packages that (Hotel) were delivered to their residences and apartments On 04/06/2021 Officers were dispatched to Hotel located in the 26000 stolen prior to them retrieving the packages. The other patron lifted his jacket and showed suspect that he was armed and then left the hotel. (This subject was never located.) The suspect then went on a rampage damaging several items in the lobby of the hotel. After inspecting the damage in the lobby and speaking with witnesses the suspect was taken into custody for MDOP. After handcuffing suspect Officers were patting him down and he started to resist Officers by pulling away from them and threatening bodily harm to Officers. When the suspect was being transported to the jail he kicked the interior of the patrol vehicle doors and spit several times in the back seat of police vehicle. He stated he was high on cocaine & liquor and made threatening statements that he was going to blow things up. A Southfield Police Evidence Technician took photos of damages at the hotel and the back seat of patrol vehicle.
Domestic F/A- 1- Arrest 04/11/2021 9:36pm 27000 Block of Byron St. Officers were dispatched to the 27000 Block of Byron St. regarding F/A/ Domestic. Dispatch advised the R/P stated that his ex-girlfriend threatened to shoot him and she has a CPL. Dispatch ran the female suspect prior to Officers arrival. She doesn’t have a CPL. She applied for a CPL and it is still pending. R/P stated he was inside his residence with his former girlfriend, (suspect) and they started to verbally argue. Suspect was sitting on the couch and retrieved a kitchen knife from under a pillow. She stood up with the knife in hand, arm extended out, and started to lunge towards R/P. He retreated towards the rear door of the residence, exited the residence and called the Police. After speaking with R/P Officers contacted the female suspect at the residence. She was irate that R/P called the police and started yelling and cursing at Officers. Officers recovered the knife from under the pillow where suspect was sitting and she was taken into custody for Domestic F/A.
Domestic A&B/ R&O- 1- Arrest 04/09/2021 4:57pm 24000 Block of Auburn Ln. (Condo’s) Officers were dispatched to the 24000 Block of Auburn Ln. on a Possible Home Invasion just occurred. R/P stated that her neighbor called her and said her ex- boyfriend just kicked in the door at her residence. Officers arrived on scene and observed suspect run into the residence. The subject ignored Officers requests to stop. Officers immediately set up a perimeter around the address and began to communicate with the male as he appeared in two upstairs windows and a front door wall. The subject stated that he lived at the address and refused to come out to officers. The subject asked officers to shoot him multiple times throughout the encounter and was highly agitated. The subject broke three separate windows screens and was banging very loudly on the vinyl siding on the exterior of the residence. The female R/P arrived on scene and advised that the male has stayed at the residence on and off but doesn’t live there. Multiple Officers attempted to speak to the male and resolve the situation over a period of 45 minutes. The male kept yelling obscenities at Officers and refused to come out of the residence. Due to the circumstances, it was decided that Officers and the R/P would leave the residence. At 6:33pm, around 30 minutes after Officers initially left Officers were dispatched back to the address regarding a Domestic Assault. A neighbor reported that the male subject assaulted the female R/P and they were out front arguing. (Female had returned to the scene!) Dispatch attempted to call R/P and male subject answered her phone and said, “who is this” and then hung up. Officers arrived back on-scene and could hear a male & female arguing
inside the residence. Officers observed female R/P exit the residence out the back-door wall & she was crying. Officers made entry into the residence through the door wall and located male subject in a second- floor bedroom. When the male subject saw Officers, he attempted to close the bedroom door. Officers forced the door open the subject resisted Officers and was tased. He was taken into custody for Domestic Assault & R&O.
