Summer Lacrosse Leagues
WHO: Players of ALL experience and skills are invited to play! We encourage new players to come try the
sport of lacrosse! We have teams for (current grade):
● 7th & 8th Grade
● 9th & 10 Grade
WHERE: All games and practices will be held at Sweet Home High School or Sweet Home Middle School
WHEN:
● 7th/8th Grade Team: Starting 6/21 | Practice Mondays 6:00-7:30 |Games Tuesday & Thursday 7:30pm
● 9th/10th Grade Team: Starting 6/28 | Practice Mondays 6:00-7:30 | Games Wednesdays 6:30pm
COST: $50 per player (discount if multiple players on teams!)

NO COSTFIELD HOCKEY CAMP INFORMATION
Attention all Sweet Home Field Hockey Players and Parents:
I am contacting you to share some exciting field hockey opportunities for this spring and summer! While
COVID has affected the number of opportunities available this summer, I was able to locate a few camps and
clinics that will still be running. It is my hope that we can get every member of our field hockey
program to attend one of the following clinics or camps this summer. These camps offer a great
opportunity to learn some new skills, gain more playing experience, prepare yourself for next season, and
have some FUN!!! Talk to your friends and try to get a group to go to camp together!
**WEDNESDAYS ON THE TURF**
I will be running a field hockey open turf on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00 PM for all interested girls
entering grades 7-12 at Sweet Home. We will be working on some skills, but there will be a primary focus
on small games and scrimmages. All members of our Sweet Home FH program need to attend as many
Wednesday evenings as possible so we may continue to grow and develop as a group.
DATES: Every Wednesday June 30-August 18 **(NO SEESION ON 7/28)**
TIME/LOCATION: 6-8 PM on the Sweet Home High School Turf
EQUIPMENT: Athletes will need a mouthguard and shin guards (must have ankle protection
and extend from ankle to knee)
COST: FREE!!
SPRING CLINIC
There is a field hockey clinic available for girls in grades 5-12 at the Kenan Center in Lockport. I believe
athletes will be placed in either a middle school or high school training group. Use this link to access more

CLUB FIELD HOCKEY
If you are interested in learning more about joining a club field hockey program here in WNY, please contact
me. There is a phenomenal local club called WNY Field Hockey Club. Several Sweet Home players are
currently members of this club as well as several former Sweet Home players (including my daughter).

Due to the ongoing battle with COVID, there are limited summer camp opportunities. Listed below are a few

only offering commuter options. Please review the information and contact me with any questions that you
might have.

2021 OPEN GIRLS
SOCCER TRAINING CAMP
I nviting all current Sweet Home High School
students to an open Soccer training for the Girls JV
and Varsity Programs. We are looking to expand our
program and invite anyone who is interested in trying
soccer to our open training sessions. So, if you
currently are a member of the Sweet Home program
OR have thought about joining a Fall team, we are
excited to offer you the opportunity to work out with
the current team and see if soccer is the right sport
for you.
Open Trainings will be held:
Every Tuesday and Thursday morning beginning July 13th @ 9am on
the Turf Field or Grass Stadium Field
