Team Manager/ Parent Information
ERFC club photos have been rescheduled for Tuesday 22nd , Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th June

Each team has been scheduled a 15 minute time slot and it is imperative that your team is in full uniform and ready to go at the commencement of
their allocated time.

For teams located at Adventure playground please walk your team over and arrive promptly. For teams located at St Helena every effort has been
made to allocate you a time where you can attend the photos before or directly after training with ample time to get to the clubrooms and get back
to training if required.

Please do not plan practice matches for the evening of your team photos.

Location

Team photos will be taken in the clubrooms.

Who will be photographed?

All players, coaches and team managers will be photographed.

Please be aware that it is NOT necessary for the entire team to be present to attend your allocated time. It is very important instead that your team’s
photos commence at the correct time. Players arriving a few minutes late will catch up as soon as they arrive.

What if the time allocated to our team is not suitable?

We kindly ask that you make every effort to attend the session allocated and not request any changes unless it is necessary. As you can imagine
photographing all the teams is a huge undertaking and any changes to the timetable has an enormous flow on affect. Your understanding with this is
greatly appreciated.

What to wear?

Players will be required to wear their full uniform- red playing top, red socks, black shorts and boots

Coaches and Team managers to wear their redbacks issued polo/jacket.

Goal Keepers to wear their current full GK uniform .

What if one of the players are late or absent?

Preferably, all teams will be able to be organised to be at their time promptly but should a player be late please send them down as soon as they
arrive regardless of if your allocated session has been completed or not.

If a player is absent – please attend the clubrooms on either Tuesday 22nd, Wednesday 23rd or Thursday 24th June between 5pm-7pm and the
photographer will slot you in – PLEASE NOTE you may need to wait until there’s a break between teams. Make yourself known to the Committee
Member who will be stationed at the door to the clubrooms.

If a player is absent and still cannot attend one of the other sessions please inform Connie – events@elthamredbacksfc.org.au     A catch up session
will be organised once the number of absentees has been determined.

How will the photos work?

Players/coaches/managers will be photographed individually in an identical pose as selected by the photographer. These photos will then be
formatted as individual photos and also placed in a team photo format.

There is no need to line players up in height order or alphabetical order.

Team managers will be required to stand at the photographer’s desk and use his excel spreadsheet to identify which player is next to have their photo
taken. No particular order is required for this.

How do parents purchase the photos?

Orders must be placed by 29th June 2021. Orders after this date will not be accepted. See page 3 of this document for details on How to Order.
