Graduate Programme 2020
Opportunities for our graduate recruitment programme are getting easier and easier
to apply for! We are looking for 2019 and 2020 graduates and you’ll have the
opportunity to apply through our ‘early batch’ programme in the spring or during the
autumn campus season. We will be recruiting across all 3 service lines - audit, tax
and advisory. If you are a ‘planner’, then the early offer opportunity will allow you to
lock-in your full time graduate offer in the summer and focus on your final year of
studies or dissertation. Or you may choose to apply in the autumn instead, during
which time you will have the chance to attend campus talks across the country and
chat with our people about which service line is the ‘best fit’ for you.

Winter Internship 2020
Our internship programme is for 2021 graduates. The internship will be 4-16 weeks in
length (longer duration is preferred). Opportunities are available in Audit, Actuarial
Advisory, IT Advisory and Strategy. KPMG’s internship programme is organised to ensure
that every student who joins us can gain an intensive on-the-job experience and get a real
understanding of the industry. Necessary training courses will be provided before
assigning our interns to an engagement.

Elite Programme 2020
Our elite programme is for 2022 graduates in Audit. The programme
offers you the chance to combine your university studies with
valuable work experience at a well-known and reputable firm. It puts
you in an advantageous career position before you have even
graduated.
• Students who demonstrate the required level of skills and
performance will be offered the opportunity to join us as an
Accountant after graduation.
• Top performing Elites who successfully complete the entire
programme may also receive a bonus upon joining KPMG after
graduation.
• Outstanding Elites who complete 20 weeks of internship in total
will have the opportunity to join as a 2nd year Accountant.

Requirements
