Toy Libraries in Taiwan Due to the “low-birth rate” tendency, service for pre child is getting more attention not only by government but also the civil sectors. “The Toy Library” is one kind of public service for childcare and child welfare which may be divided into two parts: Parent Toy Child Library Center
Numbers of Parent Child Center EX: Taipei City: 13 (2.7million people) New Taipei City: 74 (4 million people) Taoyuan City: 12 (more than2 million) In addition, using a remote toy vehicle to serve into communities in the remote area is an alternative way to cover what “parent child centers” are not reaching.

Overseas Toy Service bases Toys can be shared across the boundaries to children in the world Countries Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Veitnam, Yunnan, Eswatini, India… Service ways Into local preschools, primary and junior high schools with education young college student volunteers Frequency 2 25-people groups for South Asian countries, 1 group to Eswatini as well as 20 internship college students from Hong Kong every year.
Wooden Education To make a natural, eco playing environment, taking wooden toys in ways of designing, creating and rehabilitation for 0-100 age people should be put emphasis on the next stage
