Reservations for PERSONAL TRIPS must be made by MEDICAL TRANSPORATION
3:00 p.m. two (2) business days prior to your trip.
For trips on: Reservations must be made by:

(Please remember that weekends and holidays are not THURSDAY AND FRIDAY
counted as business days, so reservations must be

When calling in your reservations, please have the name,
address, and telephone number of your destination.
Cancellations must be made one (1) hour before your
scheduled pick-up time.
