This week Te Kokako, Ruru and Pukeko Summer/Autumn harvest in 2021. This week we Tappenden made Broccoli Balls with a Creamy planted out sunflowers, kohlrabi, spring onions, Herb Sauce, Green Salad and Lemon & Coconut rudbeckia and herbs. We have also sown seeds for Cookies. It was the first time for all of these groups more beans and basil. in the new Kokako Kitchen and they did a fantastic job working together in the new space and creating very delicious and popular meals. Thank you to the garden crew from Korimako Higgins who spent their session getting the garden tidy and plant stock labelled and ready for sale at Calf Club.
