Dog Park - This new dog park will be located on the Diocese Property at

Once you have come in to reestablish your account
and residency, you will be able to complete most
online registrations at resident rates (for Romeoville

Northern Will County Special Recreation Association (NWCSRA) represents the
partnership between Bolingbrook Park District, Lockport Township Park District, Plainfield
Park District, the Village of Romeoville, Brookeridge Park District and Justice Park District.
Our mission is to provide meaningful recreation opportunities for individuals with
disabilities that enhance their overall quality of life.
INCLUSION SERVICES
NWCSRA works collaboratively with the park district to provide reasonable
accommodations to individuals with a disability who wish to participate in a program
through the park district. Individuals should be provided the opportunity to participate in
recreation programs of their choice in the least restrictive environment.

• Riders may not sit in the front row of the vehicle or in the front passenger seat
and must sit 6 feet from the driver and other riders.
• All riders are required to wear a mask when in the vehicle.
• For safety reasons, driver has the right to refuse to a rider who is visibly sick.
• Only punch passes will be accepted for ride payment. Drivers are not permitted
to accept cash from riders.

o check given to the driver in exchange for a punch pass
o in person at the Recreation Center during open hours
• Appointment availability will be limited due to additional time needed to clean
the vehicle in between riders.
• Appointments must be made 48 hours in advance by calling the Recreation
Department 815-886-6222. Voicemails messages will not be accepted for
appointments.
• Riders must be ready within 15 minutes of pickup time or pickup will need to be
rescheduled.
• Rides can only be made for essential trips i.e.; medical (routine), grocery
store, employment, hair. Rides cannot be booked for doctor/hospital visits for
a rider who is sick. The Recreation Department reserves the right to deny any
appointment to and from a location that is not deemed essential.
• Seat belt must be worn at all times.
• The following is not allowed on the vehicles: eating, drinking, standing while
vehicle is moving, abusive language.
• Please do not leave any garbage on the bus, riders must take garbage with them.
• Riders are expected to be courteous to others.
• Riders 17 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, 18
years and older.
• Riders must call within 24 hours to cancel an appointment.

In our fun and instructional sports camps, your child will learn the basic fundamentals and training techniques in the
following sports and activities: Tennis, Sand Volleyball and a variety of sports in our All Sports Camp (baseball, basketball,
soccer, field hockey and more). These camps are weekly, Tuesday through Thursday for boys and girls,
ages 7-10 and 11-14. All Sport campers will meet at the Recreation Center and then go to Village Park for all camps. Campers

Creative Play Preschool provides children with the opportunity to participate in activities which develop them
socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually into a self-assured child. Classes are designed to encourage
children to interact with a peer group, develop feelings of self-worth, attain self-control and responsibility,
stimulate creativity, imagination and help initiate an interest in learning and discovery. Classrooms focus on an
active learning environment geared towards developmentally appropriate curriculum to help students reach
their full potential.
The Creative Play Preschool uses the Get Set for School curriculum through Learning Without Tears. Curriculum
follows the Illinois Early Learning and Development Standards for Preschool and emphasizes the alphabet,
numbers, shapes, colors, pre-literacy, math, science and more! All children must be toilet trained. Proof of age
