Houseparties & Events 2021 Let’s reconnect And so it is in the body of Christ. For though we are many, we’ve all been mingled into one body in Christ. This means that we are all vitally connected to one another, with each contributing to the others. Romans 12:4-5
New Year — Save the date There will be no events brochure this year because of the ongoing uncertainty. To help you plan your year, this flyer includes all the basic information about residential events we currently hope to run in 2021. Further information will follow and bookings will open as we get more clarity on what will be possible and when. Please do not contact your event administrator until bookings open. We will need to continue being flexible and nimble and therefore rely more heavily on digital communication to update you. You can really help us by: • Subscribing to our email distribution list via the ‘join the family’ section of our website footer • Following us on Instagram @strustlife and Facebook @stewardstrust • Checking our website for updates and event launches We hope and pray that 2021 will be a year of reconnection for our world - just as disconnection has led to hurt, reconnection can lead to healing and full life. Maybe the Stewards’ Trust has a small role to play, by bringing people back together in Christian community, as ‘family’. We can’t wait, it’s why we were made. We do hope you will join us in 2021! New Website To enhance our communication and booking process, we’re launching our new website today at www.stewardstrust.org.uk. The new website is more than just a way to book events, it now becomes a platform to encourage discipleship through the year via training and resources. Please go and have a look — we hope you like it.
New Identity We’re also proud to launch a new look today, visually expressing ‘connection’ by joining our S and T to one another. The Covid crisis has revealed just how important connection is to us all. When taken away it hurts deeply, affecting our physical and mental wellbeing. As Christians, we shouldn’t be surprised. We are made for relationship — God calls us to share our lives with Him and with one another in love. Connecting in this way has been central to the Stewards’ Trust for 65 years. By putting ‘connection’ at the heart of our new logo and visual identity, we give a nod to our past and make a commitment for our future.

Fallow to harvest At the start of the first lockdown, we felt God spoke to us about fallow — an agricultural term when no crop is planted to allow the soil time to recover and nutrients return. The benefit is sustainability of the harvest and new growth. While parts of our work continued and grew in 2020, and exciting new opportunities arose, almost all our residential events had to be cancelled — a ‘fallow’ year. We are praying that 2021 will see a return to ‘harvest’…a bumper one! Can you help us? Ways you can help in 2021? • Pray for our work • Volunteer to serve jemimah@stewardstrust.org.uk for youth events helen@stewardstrust.org.uk for family/all-age events pamela@stewardstrust.org.uk for adults’ events • Choose to join us on an event in 2021 Disciples making disciples
