2020.

                                   Easter Lunch Buffet Highlights

Bask in the convivial Easter spirit alongside an enticing repertoire of international delicacies,
seafood highlights and festive specials, complete with a kid-friendly buffet station.

Kick off the feast with Classic Deviled Eggs, Carrot Waldorf Salad with Rotisserie Chicken and
Grilled Black Pepper Smoked Duck with Orange Onion Salsa. Seafood enthusiasts will enjoy
their fill of Freshly-shucked Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Pacific White Clams and Green-lipped
Mussels, while a variety of quality cheeses will catch the fancy of turophiles.

Hearty roasts from the carvery including Whole Roasted Turkey, Roasted Herb-crusted Milk-
fed Lamb Leg and Pineapple Maple Glazed Ham will be right up the alley for meat lovers. Look
out for festive specialities like Braised Chermoula Beef Brisket with Artichokes and Capers,
Chicken Forestière with Button Mushrooms and Pickled Onions, Grilled Ratatouille with
Parmesan Shrimps in Basil Tomato Sauce, among others.

Sweeten your spirits with a selection of dessert displays. Irresistible sweets range from Bread and
Butter Pudding with Warm Vanilla Sauce and Cappuccino Walnut Cake to Dark Chocolate with

Toppings and Dark Cherry Almond Tart. Easter-inspired treats like Whole Bunny Cakes, Hot
