Q1. As the school plans for next year, and considering the budget information above, what activities or programs are most important to you? Responses: 75 Well- Being, Health & Safety Student health and well-being (2). Please allocate funds for appropriate distance learning during this pandemic. Continued safety protocols are very important. (2) Apart from regular education, work on the outside team building and mental health being of the kids as it’s been more than a year where kids are not living in a normal environment and there’s always a fear and anxiety. Modernized facilities, Washrooms Resource teachers and guidance counsellors Additional Comments Budget for next year should be such that all necessary programs and activities should be address. "Teaching and Learning" is clearly the core element of the CBE's mandate, and thereby, accounts for the largest part of the budget. Nonetheless, the core element cannot be delivered without adequate spending on other areas such as 'system- wide supports" and "Operations and Maintenance." In my opinion, the most important point is delivering a balanced array of programs and activities to empower the students academically, socially, and physically. I would like to say smaller classes because almost 30 students are in one class and I also want to say clean environment since most schools are very old buildings. Positive impacts seen for our kids across grades - - look forward to return to field trips and music concerts - great for teachers to have discretionary funds to supplement their programming Recognize teachers and support school learning through School Agendas. 8
