WINTER FESTIVAL All Weekend Nature Walk & Scavenger Hunt Milton Town Forest Parking Lot & Trail Head Total walk is 3 Miles Free The Milton Conservation Commission has created a nature walk & scavenger hunt in the Milton Town Forest using QR Codes! Visit the Milton Town Forest anytime during the weekend, bring your cell phone, and learn some fun new facts while exploring nature! Ice Skating Bombardier Park West - Weather Permitting Snowshoeing, XC Skiing, Hiking All Parks & Natural Areas - Weather Permitting Thank you to the Conservation Commission and Husky Injection Molding!
WINTER FESTIVAL Friday, Feb 12 Art Walk Grand Opening Bombardier Park West 4:00 PM Free Come enjoy an outdoor walk in the snow filled with pieces of artwork from local Milton artists. Artwork comes from all ages and all ability levels. The Art Walk officially opens at 4:00 PM, and will be up all weekend. Maps available from 4:00 - 6:00 PM, or online at miltonvt.gov/recreation. Spontaneous Snow People Kits Bombardier Park West 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Free Let's fill Milton with snowmen! Pick up a Spontaneous Snow People making kit, filled with tons of fun goodies to decorate your snowman with, and make a snowman at home or in the park. If conditions aren't ideal for making snowmen, hold on to your kit until Spontaneous Snow People is announced.. WINTER FESTIVAL Saturday, Feb 13 Winter Wag: Dog Social & Talent Contest Milton Dog Park 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Free Join us at the Milton Dog Park for a fun, outdoors, and socially-distanced dog social. Let the dogs play, socialize, and earn some take-home treats. At 11:00 AM we'll have a fun talent showcase - show off what your dog can do! Winner receives a trophy and prize! Please wear a face mask & follow all State of VT safety guidelines. Sponsored by Milton Veterinary Hospital Afternoon at Arrowhead Arrowhead Golf Course 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Free Enjoy a half day at Arrowhead Golf Course to explore the trails and see all they have to offer! Grounds will be open for snowshoeing, XC skiing, hiking, walking, fat tire biking, and more. Pets welcome. Hot cocoa, light refreshments, Arrowhead Trail Pass and Ice Out Contest tickets will be available for purchase.
WINTER FESTIVAL Saturday, Feb 13 Virtual Trivia Night Virtual 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM Free Join Milton Recreation over Zoom for a night of trivia and laughs! Using state- of-the-art trivia software and a live trivia host, this is a can't-miss event. No pre-registration required.
