Message from the General Manager Ventura Committees'

Hello Ventura Residents! Below are the following committee and when
they meet:
January was a great start to 2022 with the *Time & Location are subject to change*

repairs to the clubhouse parking lot, repaved Safety Meeting (Maple Room) (1 opening)
and installed additional power outlets at the
RV lot. Mulch was added throughout the

areas with a pop of color. The golf course Golf & Greens (Maple Room)
renovation, which has been a work in process February 9th @ 1pm
for the last 3+ years, is on schedule and we are
all excited to see our golf course beautifully
redesigned. We will continue to strive to Building & Grounds (Maple Room) (1 opening)
provide a well-maintained facility during February 10th @ 4:30pm
construction.
ARC Meeting (Maple Room)
Reminder, that the Annual Election and the February 16th @ 1:00pm
Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday,
February 22, 2022. The election will be held Finance Meeting (Admin Room)
from 3pm to 6pm in the Maple Room. Please
be sure to bring a valid Driver’s License if you February 16th @ 4pm
will be voting in person. The Annual meeting
will be held at 7pm in the Ballroom. If you Annual Meeting (Ballroom)
have not received your election packet in the February 22nd @ 7pm
mail, you can stop by the administration office

been documented that many residents are not
in compliance regarding trash receptacles.
Per our ARC Standards, section 4.8; “ Refuse
Storage: areas shall be enclosed so as not to be
visible from the street or neighboring homes.

January 3, 2022. Gail Garvey and Bev Sterner were our hostesses for this

Raspberry White Hot Chocolate Recipe Corner
Ingredients
• 1 cup Milk
• ¼ cup white chocolate chips or shaved white
chocolate
• 1 teaspoon Raspberry Extract
• Red food coloring
• Whipped cream and sprinkles to garnish
Directions
1. In a small saucepan, stir together milk, white chocolate and raspberry extract.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until all chocolate is melted. Remove
from heat and pour into a mug. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.

The new year is upon us and so is another tax filing
season.
With all the late breaking tax law changes, advance
payments of the child tax credit, and several stimulus
payments, this year's tax return may be a bit chaotic.
But your situation does not have to be. Included in this
