Message from the General Manager Ventura Committees' By: Gramos@venturacc.org Hello Ventura Residents! Below are the following committee and when they meet: January was a great start to 2022 with the *Time & Location are subject to change* completion of several projects. We finished the repairs to the clubhouse parking lot, repaved Safety Meeting (Maple Room) (1 opening) and installed additional power outlets at the RV lot. Mulch was added throughout the February 8th @ 1:30pm community showcasing our lush common areas with a pop of color. The golf course Golf & Greens (Maple Room) renovation, which has been a work in process February 9th @ 1pm for the last 3+ years, is on schedule and we are all excited to see our golf course beautifully redesigned. We will continue to strive to Building & Grounds (Maple Room) (1 opening) provide a well-maintained facility during February 10th @ 4:30pm construction. ARC Meeting (Maple Room) Reminder, that the Annual Election and the February 16th @ 1:00pm Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. The election will be held Finance Meeting (Admin Room) from 3pm to 6pm in the Maple Room. Please be sure to bring a valid Driver’s License if you February 16th @ 4pm will be voting in person. The Annual meeting will be held at 7pm in the Ballroom. If you Annual Meeting (Ballroom) have not received your election packet in the February 22nd @ 7pm mail, you can stop by the administration office 10 days prior (February 11th) to pick up a replacement packet. BOD Meeting (Ballroom) February 24th @ 7pm During recent community inspections, it has been documented that many residents are not in compliance regarding trash receptacles. Per our ARC Standards, section 4.8; “ Refuse Storage: areas shall be enclosed so as not to be visible from the street or neighboring homes. No fence shall be permitted beyond the front lines (the wall of home facing the street with Saturday, February 12th front door). All fencing must be the same 8am - 4pm height of the trash receptacles.
