Need a walkover for an afterschool course? If your child attends First Ave Public School, Mutchmor Public School, Corpus Christi School or Glebe Montessori, and you require pick-up, we are glad to make it more convenient for you for selected afterschool courses. Choose the walkover that matches the day of your activity. Once you are registered, contact the school and let them know that GNAG has authorization to pick up your child afterschool on the day of the program they are attending. Cost: $28 (refunds will not be issued for this service). If your child will be absent from walk- over, you must notify GNAG by 2:00 pm of that day or it will cause a long delay for all the other children while we search for your child. Q4 discount: Children who are registered full time in Q4 or Kinder Q4 can have a 25% discount on the afterschool courses in the chart below. He is a proud member of Plosive Productions – one of Ottawa’s longest-running theatre companies. Chris also serves as a Board Member for the Ottawa Little Theatre. He is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada and has an MFA Theatre from York University. Chris has appeared at the NAC, GCTC and the Gladstone among other theatres across Canada. HEATHER HURST - Stand Up Comedy Instructor Comedian Heather Hurst was once a well paid, corporate communications specialist – but that was before her higher calling of making people laugh compelled her to leave it all behind and pursue comedy professionally. Heather’s high energy, free-flowing style has made her a fan favourite at comedy clubs across the country and into the United States. Heather is thrilled to join the GNAG performing arts team. JOHN MUGGLETON - Acting and Playwriting Instructor John is an award winning actor, director, a nationally produced playwright and GNAG’s very own Man- ager of Adult programs. John’s new play An Act of Grace, which was performed at the EODL Festival in November 2018 was awarded Best Production, Best Ensemble, People’s Choice Award and Outstanding Achievement in Playwriting. His full length play Burn, continues to be produced across Canada. John will be bringing back his popular playwriting classes back this fall! See page 20 - 19 -
