ENTRY PACKAGE
Virtual exhibitors
EUR 10’000
This is the minimum entry package to exhibit in EULAR 2022.
Note: the entry package applies for either the onsite or virtual
sponsor opportunities. In case you have both onsite and virtual
sponsorship presence, the entry package will be considered only
once.
Package includes:
− Self-service portal login
− Company Profile on Industry Exhibition
Includes space for company banner, company logo, social media
links, short company description and Satellite Symposia &
Consult-The-Experts tabs [wherever applicable].
− Basic statistics report
Includes no. of unique counts who (participant type) clicks and
access company profile by day/week/month and a EULAR
General statistics report for the congress.

All session rooms allocation is subjected to availability and a maximum of 6 rooms are allowed to be blocked per time slot.

Consult-The-Experts (30 mins)
Options allocated according to ranking and subject to availability.
These sessions are limited to those who have bought at least 1 Satellite Symposium and will cost EUR 30’000 each. These Consult-The-Experts are held onsite in 3
built-up rooms within the industry exhibition which will hold up to 25 delegates onsite.
Note: seats are subject to booking by delegates via EULAR Congress App.

Payment terms Cancellation of Services Booked
If the Sponsor cancels the Services booked, the following cancellation fee is due
If the Booking Form is returned prior to 1 February 2022, the Sponsorship to EULAR:
Amount will be invoiced as follows: − If EULAR receives the cancellation prior to 1 February 2022, the cancellation
− 50% of the Sponsorship Amount upon return of the Booking Form to EULAR is free of charge.
