Armidale Winery & Guesthouse as the venue for your forthcoming wedding.

Each and every wedding is a unique event, we take great pride and pleasure in
ensuring your special day runs smoothly and you long savour the occasion of
your wedding at Petersons Armidale Winery & Guesthouse.

Only 5 minutes from Armidale and set amongst magnificent old English
gardens along with the historic 'Palmerston' homestead built in 1911 we can
offer you the luxury and comfort of a world-class retreat as well as an exquisite
backdrop for your wedding.

Please find enclosed our wedding information package, together with some
useful information that may assist you with the organization of your wedding.

Do you dream of a no fuss, intimate and

    At Petersons Winery and Guesthouse, you can hold your wedding
  ceremony in picturesque New England gardens, amongst 100 year old
                             heritage trees.
   The 650 acre property has numerous perfect photo spots for you to
              capture the special moments of your big day.

    You can relax and enjoy having your every need taken care of in our
luxurious guesthouse, including a stunning bridal suite complete with king
  sized bed and huge spa bath. Enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by our
  chefs and wake up to a full cooked breakfast – the perfect way to start
                        your life as a married couple
  With a lot of extra special touches just for you, you’ll never forget your
                                 special day.

Elopement Package Inclusions
   One night’s accommodation in our bridal suite complete with king sized
   bed and large spa bath
   Early check in of 11:30am
   Your ceremony held in our heritage listed gardens (or wet weather options
   also available) – includes signing table and two wine barrels
   Use of the whole property for your photos (not exclusive use)
   A complimentary glass of bubbles each immediately after the ceremony
   A bottle of champagne and cheese board to enjoy in the afternoon after
   your ceremony (includes a picnic blanket to borrow) – can be taken when
   you are having photos
   A three course meal for two. Can be enjoyed in our restaurant, in a private
   dining area or in your room
   Rose petals decorating your room, candles and chocolate covered
   strawberries
   A full cooked breakfast the following morning, either in the breakfast room
   or served to your suite
   A late check out of 12:00pm
   Assistance from our in house wedding planner through every stage of your
   wedding

Optional extras available from Petersons
   Two witnesses to be present at your ceremony
   Additional wine, dinner and accommodation packages available for your
   extra guests (up to 20 people)
   Extra nights accommodation

Not included is your celebrant, flowers, music, PA system or photographer.
Your Wedding planner can assist with recommended local suppliers.

$999.00 per couple Saturday & Sundays

Terms and Conditions
Liability
Petersons Armidale Winery & Guesthouse takes all due care but accepts no
responsibility for any loss or damage to merchandise or other property in the function
area prior to, during, or after functions. The client is financially liable for any damage
sustained to the estate property, fixtures or fittings whether through their own actions
or those of their guests.

Cancellation
In the unfortunate case of cancellation, the fees will be as follows:
- More than 6 months prior to the function: the initial deposit is fully refunded.
- Notice of 3-6 months: 50% of the initial deposit is refunded.
- 15 to 90 days prior to the function: the initial deposit and second payment forfeited.
- Within 14 days prior to the function: the initial deposit and all pre-payments forfeited.

Unforeseen Circumstances:
Due to any unforeseen circumstances or accidents, the venue reserves the right to
cancel any booking and refund any deposit at any time.

Prices:
Whilst every effort is made to maintain prices and package inclusions, they may be
subject to alteration prior to your function.
Please note that all public holidays incur a 10% surcharge and a two-night minimum
stay.
All quoted prices are inclusive of GST.

Contact Person:
Please nominate a single person who will be responsible for all communication with
Petersons Armidale Winery & Guesthouse.

Marquee:
Any damages done to Petersons Armidale Winery & Guesthouse marquee will be
payable to the client.

Decorations:
Petersons Armidale Winery & Guesthouse is a heritage listed building, therefore no
decorations are to be attached to the walls.

How do I book?

Deposit
To secure your wedding date, we require a deposit along with the
completed booking contract. Please ask our wedding coordinator for this
form.

Second Payment
Three months prior to your wedding day, we require 50% of the total value
of your wedding invoice.

Third Payment
Four weeks prior to the wedding day, we require the final payment of the
remaining wedding invoice.

   We will also ask for credit card details, to be used to settle any
outstanding balance left owing at the close of the wedding reception.
