Congratulations on your engagement!
What an amazing time ahead. The planning, the implementation and then
naturally the dawn of two peoples most special day together, where they are
folded in each others love and where for a few hours nothing else matters.
For us here at Lavender Hill it is about how to make sure nothing spoils that
day and to ensure that the road leading to that day is easy and relaxing so
that each moment can be treasured. It must be a unique experience for you
and that is what Lavender Hill wants to offer you. There are a lot of
arrangements regarding your wedding and to choose the right venue is only
one aspect thereof. We invite to come and view the venue and discuss your
specific needs with our coordinator so we can compile a package that caters
to your unique needs.

VENUE HIRE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
1 x Chapel ( Hillsong or Boskerkie)
Garden/Gazebo/Stoep and cocktail tables with table
clothes and white wimbledon chairs for aperitif
1 x Hall equipped with air conditioning
Tables ( round/rectangular/square/wooden), chairs (steel),
tablecloths and napkins
All cutlery, crockery and standard glasses for 3 course table
set up
Underplates
Complete set up and cleaning of the venue
Bathrooms, fully stocked with hand towels, soap and hand
lotion
Waiters
Aphrodite Honeymoon Suite for wedding night including
breakfast
Cash bar and barmen
Use of venue for 10 hours
Automatic switch over to generators in case of power
failure for entire venue and rooms

HOW TO CHOOSE A RECEPTION:
We charge per person. Each reception hall has a

Vivaldi Hall
Our grand hall, with Sandstone touches and dark wood finishes.
Stacking doors leading to the stoep outlooking the majestic Maluti
mountains.

Chateau Rouge Hall
Meaning the Red Castle, still with the Free State farm feel with wooden
roof and rustic features

Garibaldi Hall
Newly renovated hall with open trusses and stoep overlooking the
beautiful garden
Maximum 100 guests
Venue hire R 240 per person
Minimum R 17 000 ( 70 guests)
Mozart Hall
Equipped with two fireplaces and dark wood roof to create a cozy
atmosphere for the Eastern Free State cold evenings.

Coordinating Services (Compulsory)
Day-of-coordinating by one of our wonderful coordinators. Helping you with
the planning of your day and assisting in the setup that you can relax.
Accommodation
Lavender Hill offers you 28 individual chalets for your family and friends.
All the chalets can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Four rooms can
be prepared as family rooms if needed. The rooms are all individually
themed. We also have a self-catering house that can accommodate up to
10 guests.
There is 2 spacious rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in with their
bridal parties and a honeymoon suite for the newly weds
The bridal couple is not obliged to book any rooms
