Corporate Events at Hiwinui Country Estate Hiwinui Country Estate is set on a secluded picturesque setting, located on our private 1500 acre farm just a short 10 minutes drive from Palmerston North airport. Switch of the distractions from the office and meet with a clear head and minimal distractions for inspiration and maximum productivity. We are an ideal venue for board meetings, brainstorming sessions, team building retreats or to host an event or launch your new brand/product in privacy. We have the capacity to hold up to 12 delegates boardroom-style with two breakout spaces or up to 20 people as a informal event. For numbers that exceed this you may require a marquee. Talk to us to discuss this. Programmes for our corporate events can be tailor-made to suit each client's requirements to ensure everything runs seamlessly and smoothly. For corporate events that require more than a day, we also have three different accommodation room options to sleep up to six couples or three individuals, our Super King & Queen Suites in the main lodge and the Tree Tops apartment. Corporate Packages Our corporate packages consist of either half or full day hire with the following items provided. Times of packages can be adapted to suit your requirements. Exclusive booking of the lodge Tea and coffee on arrival Morning or afternoon tea including one barista made coffee Unlimited WiFi Whiteboard and whiteboard pens Water and mints on tables Lunch when booking the full day hire Half Day Hire 8:30am - 12:30pm or 1:30pm - 5:30pm $450 plus catering costs of $10 per person for morning or afternoon tea Full Day Hire 8:30am - 5:30pm $800 plus catering* costs from $35 per person for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea *Catering is outsourced to our preferred supplier. We will discuss what your requirements and preferences are when booking. Change in prices may occur depending on your request. Accommodation When booking your corporate event with us, you may choose to stay on site in one of our accommodation options. We have three different room options to choose from. The rooms in the main lodge consist of one super king suite with spa bath and shower and one queen room with a walk in shower. Inside the lodge there is a spacious lounge, which is dominated by a large double-sided log fireplace; a high cathedral ceiling, inviting and comfortable dining and living areas with views over the lush farmland and pond. Nestled close to the lodge in a secluded garden for guest's ultimate privacy, is an outdoor spa pool and an open log fireplace. Separate to the main lodge is the Tree Tops apartment. This has it's own separate entrance and is fully self contained and catered and consists of a queen size bed, kitchenette, open plan living and lounge area with a fold-out couch and a light and bright bathroom. A large deck has expansive views over the farmland and pond.
