Activities
Ninja Cardio
Course
Over 20 different obstacles arranged by our
obstacle course ninjas. Practice challenging
parkour and acrobatic obstacles. Build lasting
fitness, improved coordination, skills and overall
health. Challenge your mind and body while
simultaneously practicing team building. We
structure the program to fit whichever corporate
package you choose. Whether it's 60 minutes, 90
minutes or more we can customize our program to
fit your schedule.
Parc Jean-Drapeau
Various activities are scattered across the park such as the amusement park La Ronde,
the Montreal Casino, an environmental museum at the Montreal Biosphere, the Formula
One race track, the city's largest outdoor concert venue, an Olympic rowing basin, an
Aquatics Complex, and the beach Jean-Doré. Our partnership with parc Jean-Drapeau
gives us the ability to create a schedule with diverse activities.
Team Building
Foster team building and communication in your group by participating in cooperative
camp games. These activities may appeal to the "thinkers" in your group who prefer
non-competitive activities or more cerebral challenges! Prepare for fun games that
require thinking, communicating, and planning.

The Mini Retreat 500$ for a group of 10 participants*
+ $45 per additional participant
A half day of activities
Allow Day Camp Urban Excursion to remind your team the importance of being open-
minded in their journey toward success, with a half day of activities in the heart of parc
Jean Drapeau. After your morning of activities we offer you the opportunity to stay and
use our presentations tent to host a speaker or wrap-up meeting for your group.
The Full Retreat 1000$ for a group of 10 participants*
+ $80 per additional participant
A full day of activities
From beginning to end we will fill your day with lively team building games, exploring
our ninja obstacle course, exploration of parc Jean-Drapeau, and the choice of a
premium activity. A full day of activities will refresh your team's batteries and
encourage productivity when they return to work.
The Getaway 2500$ for a group of 20 participants*
+ $115 per additional participant
Two full days of activities (Saturday & Sunday)
Sign up for our weekend package where Day Camp Urban Excursion will give your team
a chance to get away from their workplace responsibilities and connect with their
coworkers on a deeper level. Each day includes a premium activity, and the ability to
fully customize your schedule based on your corporations needs.
All packages can be customized upon request.

Included Activities
Depending on the package you choose you will have the opportunity to select
which activities fill your retreat. Listed below are the activities included in the
base cost of all corporate retreat packages.
Exploring the Ninja Obstacle Course Tour of the Old Port

Certain activities have a premium cost due to the fact they need to be booked
or reserved in advance.
Time at Aquazilla

Kayaking/Canoeing
Dragon Boat
Paddle as a team on a dragon boat at the Olympic Basin.
Rock Climbing
Parc Jean-Drapeau's rock climbing wall, where you can do rock climbing outdoors.
Yoga on SUPs
Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) makes yoga, and meditation more exciting.
Time at the Aquatics Complex
Parc Jean-Drapeau's Aquatic Complex provides an outdoor swimming pool
complex for you to explore.
Mini Cruise
The river shuttle service linking Longueuil to Parc Jean-Drapeau and Montréal
gives you time to relax and admire the breathtaking view of the city during the
river crossing.

Extras
Catering
Included in your corporate package is a lunch service in collaboration with
Gestion GSP / Traiteur parc Jean-Drapeau. Each participant can choose
between the regular or vegetarian option. Note that the lunch catering
service does not include snacks.
If you would like to have catering arranged for a dinner time meal we can
present you with a list of approved providers.
Special Events
Throughout the year Parc Jean Drapeau hosts various events. During the
summer season you can expect Osheaga, Ilesoniq, LASSO Montreal,
Weekends du Monde, Rammstein, and Piknic Electronik. Our program
coordinators can work alongside you to ensure your corporate retreat is
scheduled around the date of a specific event.
Staffing
Day Camp Urban Excursion staff will run the entire retreat, leading the
participants through whichever activities your corporation chooses to
partake in. Our Ninja Cardio specialist has been trained on our equipment
and is an expert in maneuvering the various obstacles. Our staff also all have
first aid training and have each undergone criminal record checks.
