Schedule of Events Wednesday, March 23 Housing assignments will be given at registration. Entry Fee: $3,000 per team/$500 per individual (Checks payable to
CUAD) Use link below to pay via credit card.
Team Registration
Individual Registration
Format: 54 hole tournament - The low four scores of the five
counts as the team total each day. In case of a tie, there
will be a sudden death stroke play playoff to determine
the individual and team title. If time does not permit, co-
champions will be declared.
Awards/Trophies For team and individual (First place and runner-up)
Registration: 6:00 - 9:00 pm March 23 or 7:00 - 9:00 am March 24 in
The Reserve Clubhouse.
Scoring: Live scoring via Golfstat will be available every 3
holesTournament Information and Details
Measuring Devices: Distance measuring devices that measure distance (no
slope) only will be permitted.
Practice Round:
Please be aware of your pace of play and allow 12
minutes for par 3's, 15 minutes for par 4's and 18
minutes for par 5's. Please only hit one ball into the
greens and out of the green side bunkers. You may hit
chips around the greens and two balls may be hit into the
par 3's.
Meals: All meals will be included from March 24 - 27 while on
The Reserve property.
Attire: Casual attire is permitted at evening dinner.
Coaches Meeting: We will have a coaches meeting in the conference room
of The Reserve at Lake Keowee Clubhouse at 5:30 pm on
March 24.
Golf Carts: One golf cart will be provided to each head coach during
the competition rounds. Two carts per team without
individuals and three carts per team with individuals will
be available for the practice rounds. During the
competitive rounds, the players will be walking. Shuttles
will be provided in multiple locations. Golf carts will be
available on a limited first come, first serve basis for
spectators during tournament rounds. Carts may be
rented at the Clemson information desk located on the
Veranda at the Orchard House.Tournament Information and Details
Practice Facility: The practice facilities will be open 1 1/2 hours before first
tee time and 1 1/2 hours after last tee time every day.
Range balls will be provided Thursday-Sunday.
Scorecards: There will be one main scoring tent located near the
scoreboard area. Please instruct your student-athletes to
turn in their scorecards immediately upon completion of
play. There will be signs leading to the scoring area.
Sports Medicine: An athletic trainer will be available in the clubhouse
during the following hours:
Thursday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am -5:30 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
If you have a player that has an injury or condition that
needs special attention please feel free to contact
Clemson's head athletic trainers, Raz Razayeski at 864-
903-9817.
Team Lodging: Accommodations for coaches and teams will be arranged
in advance. Each team will be assigned a house or houses
on property for the week. Teams will be escorted to their
house upon arrival. Please check in at the clubhouse for
housing information or the gate house if after
tournament registration hours.Tournament Information and Details
Parents Lodging: On-site lodging in the Guest House & cottages are
available at The Reserve at Lake Keowee. Accomodations
must be arranged in advance (credit cards are the only
acceptable form of payment). Please contact Jennifer Green
at 864-869-2105 or concierge@reservekeowee.com for
parents that need additional information on lodging or
want to stay on-site at The Reserve.
*There are also hotels located in Clemson or Greenville
that are about 25-45 minutes away from the tournament
site.
Access/Dining at The Reserve: The Halfway House Grill will be open for lunch during the
tournament. The Pub & The Market (Country Club fare)
will be available nightly beginning at 6 pm. Credit cards are
the only form of payment accepted at The Reserve. Please
make reservations by calling the Club Concierge at 864-

I-85S from Charlotte to Greenville: Takes I-85S to exit #40 Hwy 153. Exit right to Powdersville/Easley. Hwy 153 ends at Hwy 123. Follow the I123W loop into Easley. When the road splits in Easley, veer right ony Hwy 93 (turns into Hwy 8). In Pickens, turn left at the traffic light (when facing McDonalds) on Hwy 183. Travel 2 miles through Pickens and turn right (at Mobile station) on Shady Grove Rd. Travel 6 miles and continue through 3-way stop for 1 more mile to end of Shady Grove Rd. Turn right on 133. Main entrance is 2 miles on left. I-85S from Atlanta: Take I-85N to SC Exit #1 (Hwy 11). Continue on Hwy 11 for forty minutes and turn right on Hwy 133. Main entrance is 2 miles on the right. I-26E from Asheville: Take I-26E out of Asheville. At Hendersonville take Exit #54 onto Hwy 25 toward Greenville, SC. Travel on Hwy 25S fifteen miles to scenic Hwy 11. Turn left on Hwy 11. Travel 30 minutes and turn left onto Hwy 133. main entrance is 2 miles on the right.
