We will not accept old dollar bills. 16 Entry fees If entry fees are not paid according to the regulations, the players concerned are not allowed to play. Transfer from SCL airport to Official Hotel to Airport Transfer Official Hotel x Venue x Official Hotel Obs 1: The organization will offer transportation only for flights arriving at Arturo Merino Benitez Airport (SCL). Other airport will not be serviced. 24 Transportation Obs 2: This service is only for those who make reservations in the official hotel. Players who do not use these hotels are not allowed to use the transfer. To be arranged individually by participants. 25 Insurance We strongly recommended that all Players, Coaches, and any other personnel which are traveling to Chile, to buy a COVID19 insurance together with the normal international travel insurance. Doping control in badminton, in accordance with BWF Anti-Doping Regulations, is conducted out of-competition and in-competition with the collection of urine and/or blood samples. Athletes are responsible for any substance found in their body. Before 26 Antidoping an athlete takes any medication, they should check with their doctor, and if necessary, get a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE). Penalties: BWF Statutes, Section 2.5.1 – Special Table of Offences and Penalties Relating to breaches of COVID 19 Safety Protocols applies to this tournament.
5. General instructions: Below are general COVID-19 safety protocols that applies to the tournament. The BWF and the LOC will provide more details before the tournament that may include movement restrictions during the tournament. Please be aware that the tournament takes place during the current pandemic situation with COVID-19. The conditions for hosting the tournament, as well as hygiene, sanitary and preventive measures will be those determined by the local authorities and BWF at all times. All participants are required to follow the rules and guidelines of the BWF, LOC and local authorities as a condition for participating in the tournament. If the local authorities require it, each participant may have to deliver a responsible declaration before participating in the tournament. Should the event be cancelled with short notice by the country’s authorities, due to the COVID-19 situation, beyond the control of both Badminton World Federation and the local organizers, neither of them will be liable for any costs related to travelling or accommodation made by players/officials for this event. This event will not be open for spectators. Athletes and officials who are not competing or in verge or entering to the court are not allowed to stay inside the venue. Only authorized personnel are allowed to stay in the 28 Spectators venue. Friends and family of athletes and officials are not allowed to watch the event.
Section 2.4 of the BWF Statutes (Code of Conduct in Relation to Betting, Wagering and Irregular Match Results) relates to anticorruption and anti-match manipulation, and this code applies to all participants at this tournament. To protect the integrity of BWF sanctioned tournaments, participants are not allowed to bet in any way on badminton matches, respect the principle of fair play, and shall not attempt to influence the course of 29 Integrity result of a game or match.
