Sport Group Story Time Ballet
An introduction to ballet basics using methods designed for young
imaginative minds and bodies. Students are introduced to basic ballet
concepts, proper body alignment, good posture, exercise, balance,
strength and precision. Ballet Storytime is incorporated into each
class where students are introduced to stories and music of great
classical ballets. Students can wear leotard, tights, ballet shoes, and
hair neatly secured in bun.

Tumbling for Beginners Level 1 & 2
Tumbling Level 1 (Ages 5 - 7) Children will be introduced to the basics
of tumbling in a safe and fun environment learning somersaults,
handsprings, cartwheels and much more! They will work on proper
flexibility and strength exercises while building their stamina, agility,
balance & power.
If you are interested in cheerleading, this class is a must!!! No tumbling
experience necessary. Please wear socks and comfortable clothing. Zumba® Kids
