Christmas Celebrations
Festive cheer and celebrations are
brought to life at The View
The Royal College of Surgeons of England’s brand-new events and
hospitality space The View kicks off party season with a bang this Christmas,
with a variety of sustainable and lavish celebration packages.
Say goodbye to the old and hello to the new, with the introduction of beautiful
florals in the form of a Botanic Garden – a unique and unexpected addition
to Christmas.
The View, a large versatile space, lends itself to both a festive seated dinner for
up to 180 guests or a more informal standing reception for up to 300 guests.

Christmas Dinner Party Package
Our classic seated package includes exclusive hire of The View for your party
from 18:30–23:00. Guests will be treated to a festive cocktail on arrival with
seasonal treats as they enter the top floor of the venue, with spectacular views
across London’s night skyline. You will enjoy a lavish three-course dinner with
wine, before celebrating the festive season with our very own DJs.
From just £115 per person
Minimum numbers of 100 apply
All prices are exclusive of VAT at prevailing rate
For those who prefer mingling in a more informal setting,
Our Christmas Reception Package
is a perfect alternative
Our reception packages include exclusive hire of The View for your party from
18:30–23:00. Guests will be greeted with a festive cocktail on arrival of the top floor,
before being presented with our Christmas styled bowl foods. Guests will have unlimited
house drinks package for 3 hours with wine, beer and soft drinks, before celebrating
the festive season with our very own DJ.
From just £105 per person
Minimum numbers of 125 apply

Festive extras
Keep the party flowing with a time extension from only £500
Add on three canapés per person to accompany your arrival festive cocktail,
for £9 per person
Unlimited drinks packages available from £15 per person, per hour
Add on a midnight munchies option from only £7.50 per person
Liven things up with a photo booth for fun, laughter and
permanent memories of the special night for from £500

For standing reception packages, all the below starters and mains can be chosen
and will be adapted to be served as bowl food

Earl Grey cured Chalk Farm trout, charred cucumber, lemon gel
Pressed duck terrine, orange, lemon poached sprout leaves, sherry dressing
Caramelised cauliflower and celeriac tart, poached onions,
aged English parmesan, charcoal oil (v)
Torched marinated Devonshire mackerel, miso, potato salad, watercress
Ham hock and English mustard roll, quails egg, crispy potatoes, pickled radish
MAINS
Roasted and stuffed chestnut and cranberry Norfolk turkey, confit potato,
sprout tops, braised red cabbage
Braised shorthorn beef, horseradish mash, charred tender stem, red wine port jus
Roast Cornish cod loin, bubble and squeak, fine beans, vanilla butter sauce
Beetroot and goats cheese pearl barley risotto cake, crispy artichokes, spinach veloute (v)
Seared stone bass, poached leeks, celeriac rosti, white wine chive, caviar sauce
DESSERTS
Christmas figgy pudding, orange custard
Bitter chocolate torte, cherries, sesame biscuit
Red wine poached pear, whipped Oxford blue, vanilla
Apple and plum crumble, vanilla cream, plum coulis
Selection of British cheeses, quince, artisan crackers (£3.00 supplement, per person)
Menu Selections
For your seated meal, a selection of one starter, main and dessert is required for the whole party.
For a standing reception, please select one starter and two mains to be served as bowl foods.
For dessert, choose either one option, or for a more modern twist,
