Rates are per person sharing per night. Bookings requiring all 5 suites can book at a discounted
rate however the living areas and Main Villa facilities will be shared with guests from The Chapel
and the Villa Da Praia and cannot be booked exclusively.
There is no single supplement for the first single on any booking, thereafter 40% single
supplement will apply.

Exclusive use 2 bedroom villa for couples sharing or 2 adults and 2 children of any age.
The per person rate applies to the first 2 people staying in the villa. This is the minimum booking
amount and additional adults and children will be charged an addition rate per person per night.
A private host and chef will be available for drinks and meal services at The Chapel.

Exclusive use 3 bedroom villa for couples sharing, small groups or families travelling with children.
Sole use rates will apply to bookings of 4 adults or 2 adults travelling with 2 children of any age.
Additional adults and children will be charged an additional rate per person per night.
A private host and chef will be available for drinks and meal services at Villa da Praia.

Honeymoon Special - Bride pays less 50% - valid in all the suites in the Main Villa and The Chapel.
The Honeymoon special is valid for 6 months after the wedding date.
Promotions are mutually exclusive and not combinable. Promotions are not available from 20 Dec - 10 Jan

BOAT CHARTERS
National Marine Park fees for each boat trip into the park are as follows and are payable at the villa
upon departure. Prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
$25.00 per adult, per excursion; $10.00 per child, per excursion
$15.00 per person for fishing excursions
SPA NA COLINA
The Spa is open daily from 8-5pm. Bookings are essential and can be made at our reception.
CHILDREN
Children of all ages are welcome at Santorini. Bookings with children younger than 12 years are
best accommodated in The Chapel or the Villa Da Praia.
Main Villa Suite 4 & 5 are also available for family bookings but this will depend on the ages of
the children and other bookings that we have over staying over the same period.
Children above the age of 12 years are welcome in any of the Main Villa suites.
Children younger than 5 years stay complimentary. Camp cots can be provided on request.
A selection of childrens activities and toys are complimentary.
Child minding is also available on request at an additional charge.
Both Villa Da Praia and The Chapel offer private dining which is perfect for a family with younger
children. However, should parents wish to dine at the Main Villa or in one of our other private
dining areas, they are most welcome to do so but they would need to arrange one of our
child minding staff during this time.
Children need adult supervision in all pool areas at all times.

TERMS & CONDITIONS All rates are excluding IVA @ 17% Children of all ages are welcome on all activities accept were specified. Departure time for each activity can be confirmed with the villa managers on the day. Santorini LDA does not accept liability for the loss or damage of any equipment during activity sessions. All activities are weather dependent and will not be credited but rescheduled should there be changes due to weather. Payment for all activities is required in full before departure. All clients are required to sign an indemnity form before partaking in an activity provided by Santorini Mozambique. Santorini Mozambique does not accept responsibility or liability for guests or visitors using the inclusive activity equipment. Participation in all in-house activities are at the participants own risk. Cancellations of all pre-arranged activities must be done 24hrs in advance or else clients will be liable for the full cost of the activity. Terms and Conditions.
BOOKING POLICY
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 weeks of reservation confirmation.
Final Payment will be required 45 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 45 days prior
to arrival, full payment is required within 7 days of booking confirmation.
Rates are quoted in USD, should payment be made in another currency, the exchange rate on
the day will apply. Santorini Mozambique cannot be held liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
Agents are responsible for the full bank charge amounts that are payable for international
transfers into our account.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
45-60 days prior to arrival - deposit forfeited
45 days prior to travel - full amount forfeited
REFUNDS
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures
Guests should have travel insurance to cover costs incurred due to unforeseen events.
