CRPA-ACRP Winnipeg 2020 Known as the "cultural cradle of Canada”, Winnipeg is Manitoba’s cosmopolitan capital city offering plenty of charm. CONFERENCE THEME HOW LOW The Conference is planned around the theme “Reducing Radiation Risks – How Low Should We Go?” and will include invited presentations on both ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, contributed papers spanning the full range of health physics and radiation protection, professional development courses and exhibitor displays. The Conference provides a face-to-face opportunity to showcase your new products and services to potential clients from the various sectors in radiation protection. With Winnipeg close to the longitudinal center of Canada, we anticipate delegates from both coastlines as well as south of the border. CRPA-ACRP Winnipeg 2020 EXHIBIT AREA Our committee has made a commitment to make every effort to meet and exceed the expectations of the exhibitors based on past experiences and input from the exhibitors’ from past conferences. There will be room for 25 exhibits with potential for expansion located in the Grand Ballroom adjacent to the Plenary. BOOTHS Booths will be a standard 8’ x 10’ draped set-up with a single skirted 6’ table and two chairs. Electrical and high-speed wireless internet access will be available at each booth. For additional requirements please contact Bill Voulgaris at 204-944-7219, Conference Services Manager at bill.voulgaris@deltahotels.com. The company providing the exhibit set up is Central Display. Booth arrangement has been determined by our service provider to maximize the exhibit space. The selection process will follow the format described in Appendix B. REFRESHMENT BREAKS Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks for delegates will be held in the exhibit area. Smaller, ‘standing only’ tables may be located throughout the exhibit area as space permits. Recognizing that the exhibitors are busy during this time, a separate ‘all day’ refreshment area will be available for the exclusive use of the exhibitors in the balcony overlooking the Grand Ballroom. SECURITY The exhibit area will be locked and secured during times when the exhibit area is closed. EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE The exhibit area will be available for set up on Monday, June 8th, 2020 17:00 – 18:00 & 19:00 – 21:00. Take down follows exhibit area closure on Wednesday, June 10th, 2020. Each exhibitor is asked to email this form back indicating the booth location number that corresponds to their first, second and third choice. Spots will be allocated on a first come first serve basis as we receive replies. If you have any other requests regarding location, such as proximity to another exhibitor, please indicate this and we will attempt to honour your request. The committee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding space allocation.
