Directly across the road from Kew Gardens you’ll find Woolworth’s Food, vida e caffè, PostNet, SuperSpar, Checkers, a DVD rental shop, a Pilates class, a great souvlaki spot, the best martini in Cape Town a 10-minute walk away, and many more 2

scullery-laundry ONE of the best decisions taken during the renovation process was to transform the original bathroom into a scullery-laundry. Two sinks are fitted to a Han stone top, served by a rather dramatic but very functional Isca professional kitchen mixer. shower room THE shower room is without doubt the owners’ favourite space in the apartment.
