Virtual Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
Don’t miss our Virtual Annual Conference, which will bring together home health, home care and hospice
professionals looking for the best products and services available for their agencies, companies, clients and
caregivers.
We have created a virtual exhibit hall through an online platform with Map Dynamics. Due to the COVID-19
pandemic, the 2021 Annual Conference will be completely online. The Map Dynamics platform will provide
multiple ways to engage with conference attendees. You can promote your company’s products and services
through videos, ads and print material. You can also schedule live chats through your organization’s Zoom account
during the Industry Partner Expo and during the dedicated exhibit time at the Annual Conference.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Information
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships help enhance the visibility and recognition of your company or organization while supporting
the home care and hospice industry. Your support helps allow the Nebraska Association for Home
Healthcare and Hospice to provide education, information and services to your customers. There are
different sponsorship opportunities available, so that you can choose the level of support that best fits your
budget and business objectives. Sponsors will be recognized on the convention web page, on social media
and through promotions during the Virtual Convention. Sponsors can pay for an ad or video to be played
during the convention. Please contact us with other ideas you have to promote your organization’s products
and services.
Education Session Sponsor: $500 (Opportunity to say a few words and/or have a recorded message/
promotional video played at the beginning of the session. Multiple education sessions may be
sponsored at $500 each.)
30-Second Promotional Video: $200 (Played during either a break or education session. Multiple
promotional videos may be sponsored at $200 each.)
Company Banner Ad Placed on the NAHHH Convention Web Page: $100
Speaker Gifts: If you would like to donate a gift for each speaker (suggested amount is $10-25 per
speaker), please contact the Nebraska Association for Home Healthcare and Hospice office to discuss
ideas. There are 16 session speakers at this year’s conference.
Virtual Exhibit Hall Display: $350 for exhibitors wishing to promote products and services. The Virtual
Exhibit Hall will be accessible to convention attendees from January 17, 2021 through April 30, 2021.
Exhibitors will be recognized on our convention page on the website, through announcements made during
the virtual convention and on social media. A final list of convention attendees will be provided to you after
the event.
After registering to participate in the Virtual Exhibit Hall you will receive an email with details about
how to set up your profile and other information online. An email will be sent to you closer to the Virtual
Annual Conference date with final logistics about how to engage with convention attendees.
Door Prizes and Swag Box Donations
The association is sending a Swag Box to all conference registrants. Available items are on page 4. If
there is an item that your company or organization has produced and would like to ship for inclusion
in the Swag Box, please contact the Nebraska Association for Home Healthcare and Hospice staff to
make those arrangements at (402) 423-0718.
You may also wish to offer a door prize or discounts on products and services for convention
attendees. If you wish to do so, please indicate what you will offer. The Nebraska Association for
Home Healthcare and Hospice staff will work with you to recognize your donation of swag and door
prizes.
