Bay-Lakes Council Boy Scouts of America Gathering Waters Webelos Rendezvous Kind Webelos Den Leaders, WELCOME TO WEBELOS RENDEZVOUS!! This year’s Gathering Waters District Webelos Rendezvous will be held in August. Mark your calendars now and plan to participate in this great event. Here are some details: 29th Annual Webelos Rendezvous For Webelos Scouts entering the 4th or 5th grade in the fall of 2021 August 27-29, 2021 Camp Rokilio, Keil, WI. Cost: $30.00 per person, for Youth and Adults The Saturday activities will stress Scout skills and authentic ceremonies and stories. Participation in the overnight tent camping, can be used for the requirement in the Outdoorsman Pin/Activity Badge. COVID 19 Protocol: We are hoping that Covid levels will be lower by 8/27/21. In the event they are not, Rendezvous will follow BSA mandated COVID camping protocol. Saturday lunch and supper will be served AT THE CAMPSITES. Troop guides will escort dens to activity areas. Campfires will be at your campsite. Campsites will be organized by geographical areas. Example: Scouts from Greenville will be with Greenville Scouts, Neenah with Neenah and so on. *Because of the time frame of the new August date for 2021, 5th grade Webelos may not be able to attend their Pack’s AOL crossover arrow ceremony that Mike Quinn presents. Parents should contact their Cubmaster to see when this ceremony will occur in 2022 and let them know if they will be attending, since these scouts will be crossed over to Scouts BSA Troops by then. We are looking forward to seeing you at Webelos Rendezvous 2021! Thank you for all you do, Mike Rospenda, Rendezvous Coordinator GENERAL INFORMATION
