Brook Hall Hotel is set in the idyllic Cheshire countryside,
1 mile from the M53. The Hotel
is situated in the perfect location for your
Wedding.
Built as a private residence in 1860 ‘Brook Meadow’ was
priviledged to uphold the order of the Franciscan Monks
in 1968, their chapel is now one of the Hotels function
suites. ‘Brook Meadow’ opened its doors
as a boutique Hotel in 1983.
Set in six acres of magnificent gardens, overlooking the
countryside, the stunning manor house has a mystical
romance that sets the scene for your magical day. The
Hotel also offers the perfect setting at the bottom of the
gardens for those unique Brook hall photographs. The
Hotel is fully licensed to hold ceremonies within the
Pavillion on the island next to the cascades of the brook
offering a peaceful and serene setting to share your vows
in.

THE GARDEN PAVILION ‘The Pavilion on the island’ boasts the perfect setting to say your treasured vows on your Wedding day, surrounded by your friends, family and the natural setting of the brook.
THE CHAPEL If you are dreaming of more traditional indoor ceremony our chapel room offers an intimate & quaint setting for up to 60 guests to witness your declaration of love.
THE FRANCISCAN SUITE
This Grand suite can hold up
to 150 guests seated for your
Wedding breakfast and has a
maximum capacity of 300
guests for your evening
reception.
With doors from the
bar leading onto a
private courtyard and
gardens it is the perfect
exclusive suite to
celebrate your evening.
The Brook Package
The Brook package is based on 50 adults during the day and 100 adults during the evening.
Extra guests are charged at £65 per day guest and £13.50 per evening guest

What time can our guests check in?
Check in at the hotel is any time from 2pm, however depending on availability we will always try to check
Wedding guests in earlier if we can. Check out is 11am, however if you have exclusivity of the hotel and
are joining us for ‘The Brunch’ we will ofer a complementary late check out of 12pm (depending on
availability)
Who sets up the tables for the Wedding day?
Our staff are on hand to set up all tables for the Wedding breakfast, if you have booked our all-inclusive
package or are having your venue dressing provided by The Wedding Collection, our staff will set up all
table centrepieces and chair covers and bows. If you are providing your own venue dressing, our
staff will ensure that all of the tables are set up ready for you to add your centrepieces.
Can we bring our own wine or other beverages?
The hotel can provide all of the beverages for your day, however if you would like to provide your own
drinks we do offer a corkage charge; £15 per bottle of wine, £20 per bottle of Prosecco, £50 per bottle of
spirits.
Can our guests throw confetti?
Your guests are more than welcome to celebrate your Wedding by showering you with confetti
following your ceremony!
What time does the DJ play until and what time does the bar close?
Your DJ can play until 12pm, however you can request for the DJ to stay until 1am.The bar in the
Kensington suite is open until the DJ finishes, the bar in the main hotel is a 24 hour residents bar.
Can we customise the menu?
Our Chef puts menus together for each season ensuring that the freshest ingredients are used
for your Wedding breakfast. We can, of course customise this menu to your tastes.
Our Chef can cater for any dietary requirements so long as we are made aware before the day.
What happens if we are getting married in the Garden Pavillion but the weather is bad?
First of all don’t panic! Simply call hotel reception and let us know within 2 hours of the ceremony that you
no longer want to get married outside due to the weather, we wil leave this up to you to decide.
We will then move the ceremony into The Chapel suite.What happens next?
One of our experienced wedding coordinators will help you to plan your day from
beginning to end. Once you have viewed Brook Hall Hotel and decided on a date,this date
can be held for up to two weeks with no obligation. Once you have confirmed the date with
a £500 deposit, your wedding co-ordinator will send two contracts, which will contain
the basic details as it is a work in progress. The contract will give you an idea of timings
and information the hotel requires. When you have signed and returned
your contract with the deposit requested, your wedding has started.
As your day approaches we will assist with the selection of menus, drinks and
all those important touches to make your day run smoothly. Each time
you have a consultation or meeting with us, your details will be updated
until it fulfils every wish for your perfect wedding day.
We understand most of the details are ready to be finalised one month prior to your
wedding day, however your Wedding Co-ordinator will be available for any queries or
questions you may have or assistance you may require at any point.
How little or how often this is, is entirely down to you.
Once you have made your booking, it will be necessary for you to contact Chester West
and Cheshire registry office on 01244 973 715 to book your registrar,
they will advise you of the formal requirements for your ceremony
