AIMS News (Part 1) Huge congratulations to Holly Linstead and Zara Barber who competed in Rock Climbing at AIMS this week. Incredibly, neither of them had rock climbed before, but decided to use their Rich Task time in Term 1 to learn all about it. They both did so well, with Holly making it through to the semi-final. Our congratulations also go to the Hip Hop crew, the first from Balmoral to compete at the AIMS games in a piece choreographed by Reuben Moffett, one of the Year 8 dancers. The crew worked hard, practising up to four times a week, and were rewarded for all this hard work by coming 11th out of 23 crews. Well done them! Our commiserations are with the girls' Futsal team whose AIMS campaign was cut short. Watch out in the next newsletter for more news from Balmoral at the 2022 AIMS Games.
