  China Ready Programme for Singapore’s Legal Industry

Launched by MinLaw in partnership with Han Culture & Education Group
 (HCEG), this programme is specially developed to prepare Singapore’s
    lawyers to work more effectively with Chinese companies and
                 law firms to meet businesses’ needs.

Module 1: Business and Legal Chinese
20 Public CPD Points (2 Public CPD Points for each lesson)
Practice Area: Others/Multi-Disciplinary
Training Level: General

Participants who wish to obtain CPD Points must comply strictly with the Attendance Policy set out in the
CPD Guidelines. For this activity, participants are reminded to sign in on arrival and sign out at the conclusion
of each lesson of the event in the manner required by the organiser. Participants must not be absent from
each lesson of the event for more than 15 minutes. Participants may obtain 2 Public CPD Points for each
lesson of the event on which they comply strictly with the Attendance Policy. Participants who do not comply
with the Attendance Policy on any particular lesson of the event will not be able to obtain CPD Points for that

Module 2: Business Culture, Socioeconomic & Political Context
6 Public CPD Points
Practice Area: Others/Multi-Disciplinary
Training Level: General

Participants who wish to obtain CPD Points are reminded that they must comply strictly with the Attendance
Policy set out in the CPD Guidelines. For this activity, this includes signing in on arrival and signing out at
the conclusion of the activity in the manner required by the organiser, and not being absent from the entire
activity for more than 15 minutes. Participants who do not comply with the Attendance Policy will not be able

Module 3: Legal Thematic Sessions
22 Public CPD Points (5.5 Public CPD Points for each day)

Training Level: General

CPD Guidelines. For this activity, participants are reminded to sign in on arrival and sign out at the conclusion
of each day of the event in the manner required by the organiser. Participants must not be absent from each
day of the event for more than 15 minutes. Participants may obtain 5.5 Public CPD Points for each day of the
event on which they comply strictly with the Attendance Policy. Participants who do not comply with the
