TESTS 72-hours Negative PCR-Test upon arrival to the Republic of Belarus is mandatory for all the teams, officials, judges and media! Presentation of a positive COVID-19 antibody test is not recognized. Pre-arrival test result must also be carried in paper form to be shown upon entry to the Republic of Belarus. The PCR-test presented needs to be recognised by the health authority of the respective country. Mandatory PCR-Testing for all the teams and staff would be organized on February 2nd, 2021 in Hotel Raubichi-2 (1st floor, COVID-19 Medical Rooms). The tests we will use is PCR-Test for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). The test results will be confirmed in 12 hours. The teams must wait the results in their rooms in Hotel Raubichi-2. The tests will be taken by special equipped medical personnel. 3. WHERE THE TESTING WILL TAKE PLACE The testing will take place in Hotel Raubichi-2 (1st floor, COVID-19 Medical Rooms). There will be a special entrance for the Europa Cup participants. To limit the amount of people in the room at the same time the OC will provide a time schedule where we will provide each team a special time and place when they will be able to go to the testing. The OC takes care of mandatory PCR-Test for teams and officials upon arrival on February 2nd, 2021 in Hotel Raubichi-2 (1st floor, COVID-19 Medical Rooms). On competition day, on February 7th, 2021 in the morning time, in Hotel Raubichi-2 (1st floor, COVID-19 Medical Rooms) would be organized PCR-Test (for departure) upon team’s request (not mandatory!). We will also communicate the results out to the testers by e-mail so they will have to wait in their rooms (“bubbles” period). Once again to avoid crowding. This means that when the testers take the test they will need to leave either their email address. 4. COSTS The costs for the testing will be СHF 60 per each person per test. Payment either at the testing by card (preferable) or cash (in BYN). All costs for testing shall be paid by the team/individual person. Only the following credit cards are accepted: VISA, VISA electron, MasterCard, MasterCard electron, Maestro. 5. TESTING IN CASE OF SYMPTOMS If anyone has the positive test for COVID-19 result, they will have to follow the medical staff instruction according to the local medical regulations and local health authorities. In this instance the OC offer isolation accommodation. by the OC. If these tests positive they will also be referred to the local health authorities. 6. COVID-19 GENERAL Competitions shall be carried out in accordance with recommendations from Belarus health authorities (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus), World Health Organization and International Ski Federation. As of December 15th, 2020 there are no restrictions for teams and officials travelling into Belarus for international sport events provided that entering individuals are able to prove the fact of the event being held and that they are officially entered as participating athletes/team officials, judges, accredited journalists. Negative PCR-test result for SARS-CoV-2 not older than 72 hours must be presented upon entering the Republic of Belarus! Pre-arrival test result must also be carried in paper form to be shown upon entry to the Republic of Belarus. The PCR-test presented needs to be recognised by the health authority of the respective country. After name entries are submitted by given deadlines, the Organizing Committee will provide each team/official with written confirmation that might be required on entering Belarus. Shall there be any updates, we will inform everybody concerned accordingly. !!! All entered event participants being holders of FIS passport shall regularly follow general FIS Passport Regulations, i.e. provide/fill in as required pre-entry health questionnaire, daily questionnaire, whereabouts for last 14 days prior to event !!! 7. BUBBLE TESTING PROTOCOL • Negative COVID-19 PCR-test result not older than 72 hours at the time of the accreditation pick-up (counting from the collection of the sample) or positive COVID-19 test between 90 days and 14 days prior to the time of the accreditation pick-up. • Individuals with a positive PCR-test within 14 days prior to the accreditation pick-up cannot participate in the event. • Presentation of a positive COVID-19 antibody test is not recognised. • The PCR test presented needs to be recognised by the health authority of the respective country. • All costs for testing shall be paid by the team/individual person. 8. FIS COVID-19 PASSPORT The International Ski Federation-FIS introduced the FIS COVID-19 Passport for the season 2020/2021 for all Team and Media representatives. Main four functions of the FIS Passport are the following: 1. Upload of the test result 2. Whereabouts for the last 14 days 3. Health Pre-Event questionnaire 4. The COVID-19 LOC Coordinator checks each registration and authorises issuing of an accreditation. Should there be any problem or in case of any doubts, the Team Captain will be immediately contacted by the COVID-19 LOC Coordinator and informed about what actions to be taken. 9.
