Second, Montagu Evans led a multi-disciplinary team delivering a detailed planning consent for a £35m residential led project, comprising a vacant 50,000 sq ft town centre office building and former BHS store. The scheme has delivered 140 residential units, 35,000 sq ft of commercial space and improved public realm. NORTHGATE LEISURE SCHEME, BRIDGWATER SEDGEMOOR DISTRICT COUNCIL BECKET HOUSE, 60 ST THOMAS STREET, LONDON SE1 COLUMBIA THREADNEEDLE Montagu Evans advised the Council on a £13m cinema led, 40,000sqft town centre leisure scheme.
