Advanced Placement Registration Please view the PowerPoint before beginning your registration Parents may assist, but it is the responsibility of the student to complete the online registration themselves to ensure accuracy in ordering Questions should be directed to Mrs. Bright or Mr. Harter in the CCA Office.
Advanced Placement Registration Opens on February 1, 2019 Closes on February 28, 2019 Students register online with Total Registration (3rd party vendor) at http://www.totalregistration.net/AP/151045 Students may need to set up a College Board account at https://student.collegeboard.org/ to view their AP scores in July. You DO NOT need to set up a new account each year. If you have already taken other AP tests, the PSAT, or the SAT, you should already have an account with the College Board. Pay exam fees at school with cash, check (payable to HSE), cashier’s check, or money order (no credit/debit cards)

AP Exam Fees • Regular Exams: $ 95.00 • STEM-related & English Exams (including Seminar & Research): $ 10.00 • Indiana DOE provides exam fee waivers • Students who qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch: $ 0.00 • Indiana DOE and College Board provide exam fee waivers

Friday, May 10 Studio Art —portfolios (by 8 p.m. EDT) AP exams must be given at Week 2 Morning 7:30 AM Afternoon 11:30 AM Afternoon - 2 p.m. the time specified by the Monday, May 13 Biology Physics C: Mech Physics C: E&M College Board. Returning students – if you have forgotten your login information from previous years, please see Mrs. Bright in the CCA Office for a username, email, or password reset. You will be asked to enter a password reset question and answer. This can be as simple as, “what color is my house?” or, “my hair color”. Example: my dog’s name Example: spot
This year we will have Total Registration pre-bubble our answer sheets. No more 6:30am Pre- Administration sessions! Please use LEGAL NAMES (no nicknames) and proper capitalization as this is what will print on test rosters and answer sheets. Returning students – please make updates/corrections/additions to your information or capitalize as needed. Any items that are starred ( ) are required.

If you are not sure what level of education is correct for one or both of your parents, please ask them, or enter the level you know they have completed. Example: • If you know they completed high school, but aren’t sure if they went to college, mark High School diploma or equivalent. • If you know they completed college, but might not have a graduate degree, mark Bachelors or four-year degree.
Select the Exam and your Teacher for each AP Exam you plan to take this spring. If you want to take an exam not listed here, please see Mrs. Bright in the CCA Office.
Score reports are cumulative and will include ALL of your AP exams. Most of you will wait until your senior year to do this.
We only accept the following: • Cash • Check payable to HSE • Cashier’s Check • Money Order We do not accept credit/debit cards. Please paper clip your payment to your confirmation form rather than staple. This will expedite processing payments for students.
Review all your information before completing your Registration. Make sure: • You used your LEGAL name, not a nickname, that your name is properly spelled and capitalized • You have selected the correct exam(s)/ teacher(s) • Your contact and guardian information is correct
Your confirmation form should look similar to this document. It will show your personal information, the exams you have requested, and your balance due. Turn this in, with your payment, to Mrs. Bright in the CCA Office. We will credit your payment as soon as possible. Once exams have been ordered, there are no refunds.
